Description
特に、前記AN用溶剤がジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)であり、前記界面活性剤がポリオキシエチレンソルビダシモノオレアート(Tween80)であることが好ましい。また、界面活性剤は溶媒中へのリンモリブデン酸アンモニムの分散を促進させるものであり、吸着材の製造に必ずしも必要なものではない。

Claims (8)
- PE不織布またはポリエチレン(PE)/ポリプロピレン(PP)不織布に放射線を照射することによってラジカル化させた後、
前記不織布を、アクリロニトリル(AN)、AN用溶剤、及び界面活性剤と、リンモリブデン酸スズ,リンモリブデン酸チタン及びリンモリブデン酸アンモニウム・n水和物(AMP)のグループから選択された1つを、所定の重量比で混合して作製したモノマー溶液に接触させて、グラフト重合物を作製し、
該グラフト重合物をトルエン中に浸漬させ、前記不織布全体を洗浄し、
トルエン洗浄後、前記AMPが担持された状態の前記グラフト重合物を真空乾燥させることを特徴とするセシウム吸着材の製造方法。 - ポリエチレン(PE)/ポリプロピレン(PP)不織布に電子線を照射することによってラジカル化させた後、
前記不織布を、アクリロニトリル(AN)、AN用溶剤、界面活性剤、及びリンモリブデン酸アンモニウム・n水和物(AMP)を50:50:0.8:2.5の重量比で混合して作製したモノマー溶液に接触させて、グラフト重合物を作製し、
該グラフト重合物をトルエン中に浸漬させ、前記不織布全体を洗浄し、
トルエン洗浄後、前記AMPが担持された状態の前記グラフト重合物を真空乾燥させることを特徴とするセシウム吸着材の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の製造方法において、前記AN用溶剤がジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)であり、前記界面活性剤がポリオキシエチレンソルビダシモノオレアート(Tween80)であることを特徴とするセシウム吸着材の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記グラフト重合物をトルエン中に浸漬させる時間が、前記グラフト重合物の黄緑色の色素が抜けない最大の時間であることを特徴とするセシウム吸着材の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記モノマー溶液を窒素ガスでバブリングした状態で、前記PE/PP不織布を前記モノマー溶液と接触させることを特徴とするセシウム吸着材の製造方法。
- PE不織布またはポリエチレン(PE)/ポリプロピレン(PP)不織布に、少なくとも、アクリロニトリル(AN)と、リンモリブデン酸スズ,リンモリブデン酸チタン及びリンモリブデン酸アンモニウム・n水和物(AMP)のグループから選択された1つがグラフト重合されているセシウム吸着材。
- ポリエチレン(PE)/ポリプロピレン(PP)不織布に、少なくともアクリロニトリル(AN)がグラフト重合され,グラフト重合されたANポリマー鎖にリンモリブデン酸アンモニウム・n水和物(AMP)が担持されているセシウム吸着材。
- 請求項7に記載の吸着材において、前記ANと前記AMPの重量比が、50:2.5であることを特徴とするセシウム吸着材。
