Description
用いている。
1.眼底写真撮影は、眼底を詳細に撮影し、所定の特徴の存在を分類(grading)する診療である。通常、この眼底写真は、通常、熟練技師が眼底カメラと呼ばれる専門のカメラを用いて撮影する。写真の分類は、眼科医又は特別に訓練された「グレーダ(grader)」が行う。
2.蛍光眼底血管造影は、患者の静脈に蛍光色素を注射しながら、専門のカメラ装置を用いて、眼を通過する色素の時間経過の写真を撮影する診療である。この技術によって、眼の表面を流れる血流を診断でき、また、血管からの漏出を診断することができる。蛍光眼底血管造影は、眼科医又は臨床検査技師(certified technicians)が行い、写真の解釈は、眼科医又は特別に訓練された「グレーダ」が行う。
Claims (21)
- 被験者の眼血流が低下しているか否かを判定するための方法において、
光源と、拡散反射体と、少なくとも1つの電極とを有する携帯型装置を準備し、
上記少なくとも1つの電極が被験者の眼の近傍の皮膚に接触するように上記携帯型装置を配置し、
上記光源を発光させ、上記被験者の眼に光を向け、光拡散器が、上記眼の網膜を均一に照射するように、光を向け直し、
眼の瞳孔の面積に基づいて上記光源の強さを調整し、
上記眼の瞳孔の直径又は面積を判定し、
上記光による眼への刺激を感応する上記少なくとも1つの電極を介して、電気信号を検出し、
上記光源の発光信号及び上記少なくとも1つの電極によって検出された電気信号を処理する方法。 - 上記携帯型装置を準備するステップでは、発光ダイオードを有する光源が設けられた上記携帯型装置を準備する請求項1記載の方法。
- 上記携帯型装置を準備するステップでは、3つの電極を有する上記携帯型装置を準備する請求項1記載の方法。
- 上記携帯型装置を配置するステップでは、1つの電極が、上記被験者の眼の側部の皮膚に接触し、他の電極が、該被験者の眼の下部の皮膚に接触するように該携帯型装置を配置する請求項1記載の方法。
- 上記信号を処理するステップでは、上記光源の発光の時刻と、上記少なくとも1つの電極によって検出された電気信号が最大値に達した時刻との間の時間を測定する請求項1記載の方法。
- 上記携帯型装置を準備するステップでは、球状拡散反射体を有する上記携帯型装置を準備する請求項1記載の方法。
- 上記網膜への光による刺激は、光の短いフラッシュによって行われる請求項1−6の何れか記載の方法。
- 上記網膜への光による刺激は、背景照明と光の短いフラッシュによって行われる請求項1−7の何れか記載の方法。
- 上記光の短いフラッシュは、30msである請求項7又は8記載の方法。
- 更に、赤外線の光源を有する請求項1−9の何れか記載の方法。
- 患者の網膜虚血を検出する網膜虚血検出システムにおいて、
被験者の眼血流の低下を検出する携帯型装置を備え、該携帯型装置は、
光を出射する光源と、
上記光源から出射された光を、上記被験者の眼に向かう光路に向け直し、上記眼の網膜を均一に照射するように、光を向け直す反射器又は拡散器と、
眼の瞳孔の面積に基づいて上記光源の強さを制御する手段と、
上記眼の瞳孔の直径又は面積を判定する検出器と、
上記被験者の眼の近傍の位置に接触し、上記眼に向けられた光による刺激に反応した該被験者の眼からの電気信号を検出する少なくとも1つの電極と、
上記被験者の眼からの電気信号を示すデジタル信号を供給する増幅器及びアナログ/デジタル変換器と、
上記光源を発光させ、上記少なくとも1つの電極を介して、上記被験者からデジタル信号を受信し、該光源の発光及びデジタル信号を用いて、患者の網膜虚血を判定するマイクロコントローラと
を備える網膜虚血検出システム。 - 上記増幅器は、低利得差動増幅器である請求項11記載の網膜虚血検出システム。
- 上記マイクロコントローラは、上記光源の強さを制御する請求項11記載の網膜虚血検出システム。
- 上記マイクロコントローラは、上記眼の瞳孔の面積に基づいて上記光源の強さを制御する請求項13記載の網膜虚血検出システム。
- 上記光源は、短いフラッシュを出射し、
上記マイクロコントローラは、上記光源の短いフラッシュの発光の周波数を制御する請求項14記載の網膜虚血検出システム。 - 上記マイクロコントローラは、上記短いフラッシュを約30ミリ秒毎に制御する請求項15記載の網膜虚血検出システム。
- 上記光源は、更に、背景照明を出射する請求項15又は16記載の網膜虚血検出システム。
- 上記検出器は、照明源を有するビデオカメラで、上記眼の瞳孔の直径又は面積を判定する請求項11記載の網膜虚血検出システム。
- 上記照明源は、赤外光源である請求項18記載の網膜虚血検出システム。
- 上記反射器又は拡散器は、拡散反射面を有する球状拡散反射体である請求項11記載の網膜虚血検出システム。
- 上記光源は、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードである請求項11記載の網膜虚血検出システム。
