Description
(A)PVDCから成る保護ラッカー層、及び場合によりポリビニルアルコール層を含有していてもよい、
(B1)場合により結合又は接着層、
(C1)ポリオレフィン層、
(B2)結合層又は接着層、
(D)エチレンビニルアルコールコポリマー層、場合により少なくとも片側に同時押出によるポリアミド層Eを備える、
(B3)場合により結合層又は接着層、
(C2)ポリオレフィン層。
以下の試験では、NaOH上でのCO2吸収により達成された圧力低下が、断熱材料の熱伝導率を下げることを示した。このために断熱材料をその内側に装入しておいた真空に適切な気密ステンレススチール容器を使用した。これらの断熱材料の熱伝導率は、ホットワイヤー法により測定した(参照:Ebert H. -P., Bock V., Nilsson O., Fricke J.: The Hot-Wire Method Applied to Porous Materials of Low Thermal Conductivity. High Temp-High Press 1993 (25) 391-402)。
例1を実質的に繰り返したが、不活性材料上に担持したカプセル化無し又はカバー無しのNaOH粒子の代わりに、溶融可能なカバーを有する粒子と取り替えた。それに応じて、圧力を減少させる媒体は熱的に活性可能であった。
例2を実質的に繰り返したが、上記の粒子の代わりに、カバー物質を多く含む圧力を減少させる媒体と置き換えた。
Claims (13)
- カバーにより取り囲まれた少なくとも1つの断熱層を有する真空断熱系を製造するための部材であって、前記断熱層中に存在するガス圧を、該部材中に設けられている手段により減らすことができる、部材において、
前記ガス圧を減少させる手段は、以下の、
当該ガス圧を減少させる手段が、カバー材でカプセル化された作用物質を含んでおり、かつ、当該カバー材が、直接的な熱により変化できる材料であり、ワックス、パラフィン、脂肪、油、脂肪族アルコール、脂肪酸、アカシアゴム、アラビアゴム、ポリエチレングリコール及びそれらのコポリマー、ならびにこれらのクラスの2種以上の混合物の群から選択されている、
という形態で、活性化可能に構成されており、前記ガス圧を減少させる手段は、前記断熱層中に存在するガスを、吸収、吸着及び/又は当該ガスと反応し、その際、前記断熱層中に存在するガスは二酸化炭素であり、かつ、前記ガス圧を減少させるための手段は、二酸化炭素を、吸収、吸着及び/又は当該二酸化炭素と反応できる塩基性物質である作用物質を含み、かつ、前記作用物質が、NaOH、KOH、Na 2 O、K 2 O、CaO、Ca(OH) 2 、MgO及び/又はMg(OH) 2 である、ことを特徴とする、部材。 - 前記断熱層中のガスは、少なくとも90体積%の二酸化炭素を有している、請求項1に記載の部材。
- 前記ガス圧は、前記活性化の前には少なくとも800mbarである、請求項1又は2に記載の部材。
- 前記断熱層中に存在するガスは、重合可能なガスを含み、かつ、前記ガス圧を減少させる手段は、前記重合可能なガスを重合できる少なくとも1種の重合触媒又は重合開始剤を含む、請求項1に記載の部材。
- 前記ガス圧を減少させる手段は、前記活性化の前に、反応用に供されるガスの下で、少なくとも2時間の観察時間後に、最大で5%の圧力減少を示す、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の部材。
- 前記活性化の後の圧力減少と前記活性化の前の圧力減少とからの商は、前記断熱層中に存在するガス及び少なくとも2時間の観察時間を基準として、少なくとも10である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の部材。
- 前記ガス圧を減少させる手段は、該部材の冷たい領域内に設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の部材。
- 該部材は、種々に活性化可能であるガス圧を減少させる手段を2つ以上含む、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の部材。
- 該部材のカバーの内部には、少なくとも1種の乾燥剤が設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の部材。
- 前記ガス圧を減少させる手段は、担体材料上に塗布された作用物質を含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の部材。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の部材を含んでいる、真空断熱系。
- 該真空断熱系は、地域暖房系、プロセス蒸気系もしくはそのほかの熱輸送系、建築技術の分野で使用するために、又は、建物、反応器もしくは装置、又は、熱い水道水もしくは加熱目的の水を通すパイプライン、PCM(位相変化材料)貯蔵物、冷蔵車又は飛行機を断熱するために設けられる、請求項11に記載の真空断熱系。
- 真空を形成するための方法であって、
請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の部材中で、前記ガス圧を減少させる手段を活性化させる、方法。
