Abstract
Description
前記温度管理材は、前記粘着材が、熱溶融した前記熱溶融性物質を留まらせず透過させることができるものであって、ゴム系粘着剤、アクリル系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤、ポリビニール系粘着剤、ポリウレタン系粘着剤、及びそれらの何れかの複合材料から選ばれる何れかであるものが、挙げられる。
導電性ペースト7として、カーボンブラック粉末(5重量部、三菱化学(株)製、品番#3230B)、ブチルゴム樹脂(10重量部)、キシレン溶剤(85重量部)を混練したものを作製した。この導電性ペースト7を基板4の回路末端3a・3bにスクリーン印刷で塗布して、乾燥した。この導電性ペースト7の上面に粘着剤転写テープ(住友スリーエム(株)製、品番467MP)により粘着材9を転写した。予め多孔質材10である赤色上質紙(50μm)に、熱溶融性物質11であるパルミチン酸(60重量部、融点約60℃)、ポリビニルアルコール樹脂(2重量部、部分けん化、重合度約1000)、純水(38重量部)を混練して作製した感温インキ13をコーター印刷(300μm)で塗布、乾燥して、断裁加工して熱溶融性物質塗布紙を作製した。この熱溶融性物質塗布紙を導電性ペースト7上面の粘着材9に貼付した。
実施例1と同様の導電性ペーストを基板の回路末端にスクリーン印刷で塗布、乾燥して、その導電性ペーストの上面に実施例1と同様の感温インキをコーター印刷(300μm)で塗布、乾燥した。
導電性ペーストとして、銀粉末(50重量部、小島化学薬品(株)製)、ブチルゴム樹脂(5重量部)、キシレン溶剤(45重量部)を混練したものを作製し、これを用いて実施例1と同様の方法及び構造で組み立てた。
実施例1、比較例1、及び比較例2について、温度−時間における回路末端3a・3bの電気抵抗値を測定した。実施例1、比較例1、及び比較例2を50℃の恒温槽に入れて、時間ごとの電気抵抗値を確認した。その結果を下記表1に示す。実施例1は加熱時間が0時間から1000時間までに、多少の電気抵抗値の増加はあるが、その変化率は50%以下である。一方、比較例1は加熱時間が25時間で50MΩを超え、その変化率は20000%を超えた(測定機器の測定可能限界値である50MΩを超えた)。また、比較例2は、加熱時間が0時間から1000時間までに電気抵抗値が大幅に増加し、その変化率は5000%を超えた。
実施例1と同様の導電性ペーストを基板の回路末端にスクリーン印刷で塗布し、乾燥して、その導電性ペーストから約1mm離れた部分に実施例1と同様の感温インキをコーター印刷(300μm)で塗布し、乾燥した。
実施例1及び比較例3における導電性の変化について評価した。実施例1及び比較例3をホットプレートに設置して、ホットプレートを25℃から55℃及び65℃まで約1℃/分の昇温速度で加熱した。加熱前は導電性有り(電気抵抗値:2MΩ以下)で、加熱後は導電性無し(電気抵抗値:20MΩ以上)に変化する数を確認した。その結果を下記表2に示す。55℃までの加熱では、実施例1及び比較例3はどちらも導電性に変化はなく、0個/100個であった。65℃までの加熱では、実施例1は100個/100個で、比較例3は67個/100個で導電性が変化した。
図4に示すようなインレイ型のRFIDタグ25を用意した(UHF帯対応、ICチップ:NXP社製 UCODE製品群G2iM+、導電性有無の閾値:導電性有り2MΩ以下、導電性無し20MΩ以上)。このRFIDタグ25のICチップ24から通じる回路末端3a・3bに、実施例1と同様の方法及び構造で温度管理材1を設置した。
RFIDタグ25に温度管理材1を設置した温度センサータグ20としての温度検知性能を確認した。実施例4を25℃においてリーダライター26で情報通信したとこと、回路末端3a・3bは導電性有りの状態(2MΩ以下)であることを指示した。実施例4をホットプレートに設置して、ホットプレートを25℃から55℃及び65℃まで約1℃/分の昇温速度で加熱し、再びリーダライター26で情報通信したときに導電性無しの状態(20MΩ以上)に変化する数を確認した。その結果を下記表3に示す。55℃までの加熱では、実施例4は導電性有りの状態を指示し、導電性が変化した数は0個/100個であった。65℃までの加熱では、実施例4は100個/100個が導電性無しの状態に変化したことを指示した。
Claims (8)
- 検知すべき温度に対応する融点で熱溶融する熱溶融性物質と、導電性粉末を含有する導電性ペーストとが、多孔質材を介して隔離されており、
前記導電性ペースト上の層状の粘着材に前記多孔質材が付され、その上に前記熱溶融性物質が重ねられ、前記導電性ペーストにより導電状態となっている温度管理材であって、
前記熱溶融性物質が熱溶融状態で前記多孔質材を透過して前記導電性ペーストへ不可逆的に浸透及び/又は拡散されることによって、絶縁状態又は導電性低下状態となることを特徴とする温度管理材。 - 前記熱溶融性物質を含有する感温インキ層と、前記導電性ペーストで形成されたペースト層とが、前記多孔質材を介して隔離され積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度管理材。
- 前記多孔質材が、紙材、無機材、又は樹脂材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度管理材。
- 前記導電性粉末が、カーボンブラック粉末及びカーボンナノチューブ粉末から選ばれる少なくとも何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度管理材。
- 前記熱溶融性物質が、脂肪酸誘導体、芳香族カルボン酸誘導体、アルコール誘導体、エーテル誘導体、アルデヒド誘導体、ケトン誘導体、アミン誘導体、アミド誘導体、ニトリル誘導体、炭化水素誘導体、芳香族化合物、チオール誘導体、及びスルフィド誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度管理材。
- 前記導電性ペーストに含有されるペースト形成用樹脂が、セルロース系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ビニル系樹脂、イミド系樹脂、アマイド系樹脂、ブチラール系樹脂、ナイロン系樹脂、及びゴム系化合物から選ばれる少なくとも何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度管理材。
- 前記粘着材が、熱溶融した前記熱溶融性物質を留まらせず透過させることができるものであって、ゴム系粘着剤、アクリル系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤、ポリビニール系粘着剤、ポリウレタン系粘着剤、及びそれらの何れかの複合材料から選ばれる何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度管理材。
- 請求項1に記載の温度管理材が個体識別タグの回路末端に設置されていることを特徴とする温度センサータグ。
