Description
「海洋環境汚染公定試験法」で提示した海底堆積物や海洋廃棄物は上部の捕集管2の代りにテフロン(登録商標)圧力蓋6に取り替えてまず硝酸で40分間分解した後、蓋を閉めて圧力分解に用いる。
Claims (6)
- 容器の上部に捕集管と結合されるように捕集管結合部が形成される反応容器と;
中間連結部、逆U字管、及び捕集管蓋で構成される捕集管と;を含み、
上記中間連結部は、管形状を有する管部と、上記管部の内面から内側に延長される水平部と、上記水平部の中央に形成された開口部と、上記開口部の内側端部から上向きに垂直に延長されたチューブとを含み、反応容器の上部と結合可能になるように、上記管部の下部に反応容器結合部が形成され、上部には外側と内側にそれぞれ逆U字管結合部と捕集管蓋結合部が形成され、上記反応容器で発生した気体が上記逆U字管に移動できるようにチューブが形成され、
上記逆U字管は、下端部に上記チューブを囲んで上記水平部の上側の逆U字管結合部に結合されるように結合部が形成され、上記結合部の上側に複数の孔が形成され、
上記捕集管蓋は上記逆U字管を囲むように上記中間連結部の捕集管蓋結合部と結合され、上部には気体が通過できるガス排出口が形成され、
上記逆U字管及び捕集管蓋は、上記反応容器内の試料を加熱分解して発生する気体をその内に収容して空冷及び凝縮して捕集することを特徴とする試料分解容器。 - 上記反応容器の材質は、テフロン(登録商標)、石英及びセラミックスの中のいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の試料分解容器。
- 上記中間連結部と上記反応容器との結合、上記中間連結部と上記逆U字管及び上記中間連結部と上記捕集管蓋の結合がねじ結合であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の試料分解容器。
- 上記反応容器は上記中間連結部の管部内側にねじ結合され、
上記反応容器は上記中間連結部とねじ結合されるねじ結合部で上向きに延長された結合突出部を備え、
上記中間連結部はねじ結合の上側に結合突出部と対応して結合される結合溝を含み、
上記結合突出部が上記結合溝に挿入され、
上記結合突出部と上記結合溝との間にはOリングが介在されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の試料分解容器。 - 請求項1〜4の中の何れか一項に記載の試料分解容器を利用して試料分解する方法において、
上記反応容器に試料と試料分解溶液を収容する段階と;
上記反応容器と上記捕集管を結合し、上記捕集管内には吸収溶液を収容する段階と;
上記試料分解容器を加熱板の上に置いて加熱する段階と;
上記試料が反応容器で気化されて捕集管内に移動し、上記捕集管で空冷によって凝縮され、凝縮された溶液は上記反応容器の圧力の降下で再び反応容器に移動することを繰り返すことによって試料が分解される段階と;を含むことを特徴とする試料分解方法。 - 上記反応容器に試料を入れて、500℃〜600℃で加熱して試料をアッシングする試料アッシング段階を先行することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の試料分解方法。
