Claims (15)
- バッグ形状を有するモールド体にシリコン溶液をコーティングして乾燥装置内で乾燥させることで、シリコンバッグのシリコンシェルをなすように製造するシリコンバッグの製造方法において、
前記乾燥装置の内部空間に前記モールド体を固定するようにジグが形成され、前記ジグは、前記モールド体を固定した後、水平状態を維持してから回転運動及び様々な角度に傾き運動しながら、シリコンの流れ性を用いて前記シリコンシェルの厚さを均一に調節するように形成されるシリコン厚さ調節ステップを含んでなることを特徴とする、耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型またはアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記シリコン厚さ調節ステップにおいて、前記乾燥装置のジグは、モールド体を同一水平線上で持続的に回転させながら、前後及び左右、その他の四方に向かって設定された角度だけ傾いて周期的または非周期的に傾き運動が可能なように形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記シリコン厚さ調節ステップにおいて、前記乾燥装置のジグは、モールド体が水平状態を維持するように固定しながら、前後及び左右方向、その他の四方に向かって設定された角度だけ傾いて周期的または非周期的に傾き運動が可能なように形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記シリコン厚さ調節ステップにおいて、前記乾燥装置のジグは、それ自体が回転角度1〜360°の範囲で回転し、回転変位において1〜180°の範囲内で設定された角度ごとに一定時間一時停止することを繰り返しながら持続的に回転するように形成され、ジグ変位することをさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型またはアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記シリコン厚さ調節ステップにおいて、前記乾燥装置のジグは、モールド体を四方のいずれか一方に向かって一定の角度に傾けて、偏重した状態でモールド体を同一水平線上で持続的に回転させながら、前後及び左右、その他の四方に向かって設定された角度だけ傾いて周期的または非周期的に傾き運動が可能なように形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記シリコン厚さ調節ステップにおいて、前記乾燥装置のジグは、モールド体を四方のいずれか一方に向かって一定の角度に傾けて、偏重した状態でモールド体が回転せず、前後及び左右、その他の四方に向かって設定された角度だけ傾いて周期的または非周期的に傾き運動が可能なように形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記乾燥装置のジグは、モールド体を偏重させようとする方向に向かって、水平面を基準に10〜60°に傾くことを特徴とする、
請求項5または6に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記シリコンバッグの製造方法は、
十分な量のシリコン溶液が満たされた容器にバッグ形状のモールド体を投入して浸したり、前記モールド体にシリコン溶液をスプレーしてコーティングするシリコン溶液コーティングステップと、
シリコン溶液がコーティングされた前記モールド体を乾燥装置の内部のジグ上に固定し、前記ジグが作動して前記シリコンシェルの厚さを均一に調節及び乾燥させるシリコン厚さ調節ステップと、
前記乾燥装置の内部に備えられた遮断部材を通じて上/下部空間をそれぞれ形成するように区画し、微細噴霧器を通じて前記シリコンシェルに有機化学溶液を噴霧するシリコンエッチングステップと、
前記シリコンシェルを形状化するように硬化させるシリコン硬化ステップと、
前記シリコンシェルの下端部に穴を形成した後、前記モールド体から前記シリコンシェルを脱去するモールド分離ステップと、
前記シリコンシェルの内部空間を外部から閉鎖するように前記穴にパッチ部を付着し、内部空間に充填物を注入させるバッグ形成ステップと、を含んでなることを特徴とする、
請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型またはアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記乾燥装置は、送風機を通じて上下及び左右の四方から乾燥風を均一に送風するように形成し、上/下部空間の温度をそれぞれ異なるように調節できるように上下温度偏差を設定することをさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型またはアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記乾燥装置は、送風機の風量及び風速を調節して前記シリコンシェルの乾燥速度を制御するので、前記シリコンシェルの全般的な厚さを調節できるようになされることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型またはアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記シリコンエッチングステップでの有機化学溶液は、キシレン、トルエン、ベンゼン、サイクリック芳香族化合物のうち少なくともいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型またはアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記シリコンエッチングステップでの前記微細噴霧器は、乾燥時に前記シリコンシェルの下端部から厚くなることを防止するように、前記乾燥装置の下部空間において前記シリコンシェルを均一に噴霧できる位置に少なくとも一つ以上が形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型またはアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記乾燥装置は、前記微細噴霧器で噴霧する有機化学溶液の濃度を状況に応じて調節できるように形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型またはアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記乾燥装置は、送風機から送風する乾燥風の方向を調節して、前記微細噴霧器で噴霧する有機化学溶液の揮散方向を変更及び調整できるように形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型またはアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。 - 前記シリコン溶液コーティングステップと前記シリコン硬化ステップとの間には、前記モールド体にコーティングされたシリコン溶液を、高圧のエアーノズルにより吹いて、前記モールド体の形状に沿って完全に付着させるエアー噴射ステップをさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の耐久性が向上したシェルを有するラウンド型またはアナトミカル型のシリコンバッグの製造方法。
