Description
(実施形態1)
図1〜3に示すように、実施形態1のシールド電線のアース線接続構造は、例えば、車両に搭載される機器等に接続されるシールド電線1と、シールド電線1に接続されるアース線3と、シールド電線1にアース線3を圧着固定する接続金具5により形成されている。シールド電線1は、例えば、一対の信号線7と、一対の信号線7の外周に設けられたシールド層11と、シールド層11を被覆した外部絶縁層13により形成されている。各信号線7は、接続相手の機器からの電気信号が流れる芯線15と、芯線15を被覆した絶縁層17により形成されている。つまり、絶縁層17がシールド電線1の各芯線15の内部絶縁層として設けられている。絶縁層17は、例えば、絶縁性を有する樹脂等により形成されている。
図11を用いて、実施形態2のシール電線のアース線接続構造を説明する。実施形態2が実施形態1と相違する点は、シールド層11とアース線3の芯線19に加えて、アース線3の絶縁層21も圧着固定している点である。すなわち、圧着部27の外面でアース線3の絶縁層に圧着固定された圧着部41を形成し、圧着部27,29,41が一体に形成される点である。その他の構成は、実施形態1と同一のであるから、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
図13を用いて実施形態2の変形例である実施形態3のシールド電線のアース線接続構造を説明する。実施形態3が実施形態2と相違する点は、圧着部27を、シールド電線1の軸方向に2つに分離し、圧着部51,53として形成している点である。その他の構成は実施形態2と同一であるから、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
図14を用いて実施形態3の変形例である実施形態4のシールド電線とアース線の接続構造を説明する。実施形態4が実施形態3と相違する点は、各圧着片55,57の対向する板部の一方を、他方より長く形成している点である。その他の構成は、実施形態3と同一であるから、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
図15を用いて、実施形態2の変形例である実施形態5のシールド電線のアース線接続構造を説明する。実施形態5が実施形態2と相違する点は、圧着片23の対向する板部をシールド電線1の軸方向に互いにずらして形成した圧着片63により、シールド層11に圧着固定される圧着部27を形成している点である。その他の構成は、実施形態2と同一であるから、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- シールド電線の外部絶縁層を除去して露出させたシールド層に圧着固定された第1の圧着部と、アース線の芯線に圧着固定された第2の圧着部とが一体に形成されてなり、
前記第1と第2の圧着部は、それぞれ板部材をU字状に折り曲げて形成された圧着片を有し、前記第2の圧着部は、U字の底部を残して前記第1の圧着部の圧着片を切り起こして形成された一対の圧着片を折り曲げて前記アース線の前記芯線に圧着固定されたシールド電線のアース線接続構造。 - 請求項1に記載のシールド電線のアース線接続構造において、
前記第1と第2の圧着部は、それぞれの前記圧着片のU字の底部同士を突き合わせて形成されることを特徴とするシールド電線のアース線接続構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のシールド電線のアース線接続構造において、
前記第1の圧着部の軸方向長は、前記外部絶縁層が除去された部分の軸方向長に合わせて設定され、前記第1の圧着部の軸方向端部が前記外部絶縁層に当接することを特徴とするシールド電線のアース接続構造。
