Description
請求項1記載の態様である、
エチレンービニルアルコール共重合体を主成分とし、不飽和二重結合を有するポリエン系重合体と、遷移金属塩を副成分とする混合組成物のa層、
a層の両面に隣接して設けられた、α−オレフィンと不飽和カルボン酸または不飽和ジカルボン酸の無水物モノマーの共重合体を主成分とし、多孔質のアルミノ珪酸塩の微粉末0.5〜30重量%を副成分とする混合組成物よりなるb1 *層とb2 *層、並びにこれらのb1 *層とb2 *層の外側に隣接して設けられたポリプロピレンを主成分とするc1層とc2層からなり、前記アルミノ珪酸塩が、疎水性アルミノ珪酸塩及び親水性アルミノ珪酸塩である5層を共押出により溶融製膜したシートA*の片面に、ポリプロピレンを主成分とするシートBが熱貼合により一体化されていることを特徴とするプラスチックシートおよびこれを用いた成型容器
によりかかる目的を達成したものである。
次いで請求項2記載の態様であるプラスチックシートについて説明する。
K 7121に準拠して、示差走査熱量計(以下、DSCという。)で測定される値であり、製造会社のカタログ、技術資料に記載された値である。
下記の樹脂を用いた。
PP:ポリプロピレン、サンアロマー製、“PB370A”
密度=0.90g/cm3、MFR=1.3g/10分
AD:無水マイレイン酸グラフトポリプロピレン、
三菱化学製のZELAS“MC721AP”
密度=0.90g/cm3、MFR=3.5g/10分
COC:環状ポリオレフィン、三井化学製、アペル“APL6013T”
密度=1.04g/cm3、MFR=15g/10分、
ガラス転移温度=125℃
ASi−1:疎水性アルミノ珪酸塩、ユニオン昭和製、モレキュラーシーブ
“ABSENTS”、平均粒径=3〜6μm、
ASi−2:親水性アルミノ珪酸塩、ユニオン昭和製、モレキュラーシーブ
“3A”、平均粒径=10μm、
ACT:酸素吸収性樹脂、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体、クラレ製、
エバール“L171B”100重量部に、ポリエン系重合体として
ポリ-1,3-ジオキセピン10重量部、遷移金属塩として
ステアリン酸コバルト0.03重量部を200℃にて
溶融混練したもの。
密度=1.19g/cm3、MFR=4.0g/10分、
融解ピーク温度=180℃
EVOH:エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体、クラレ製、エバール
“L171B”、
密度=1.18g/cm3、MFR=4.2g/10分、
融解ピーク温度=183℃
外・中層:外径40mm、圧縮比2.7のスクリュー押出機(押出温度210℃)
内層:外径65mm、圧縮比1.4のスクリュー押出機(押出温度240℃)
ダイス:外径200mm、リップ間隔3mm、温度240℃
ブロー比:0.6
製膜速度13m/分
内層:外径65mm、圧縮比1.4のスクリュー押出機(押出温度210℃)
ダイス:外径200mm、リップ間隔3mm、温度240℃
ブロー比:0.6
製膜速度13m/分
・同種2枚のシートを単層シート側を内面として、温度240℃、圧力0.2MPa、時間1.0秒でヒートシールを行い、内寸100×100mmの三方ヒートシール袋を作製する。
・23℃の恒温室内にて溶存酸素濃度が7.0〜7.5ppmの蒸留水を、真空ポンプと接続された蓋付きのガラス容器内に静かに移す。
・密封したガラス容器を超音波洗浄槽内に置き、10分間、超音波を印加しながら真空ポンプにより脱気を行い、溶存酸素濃度4.8〜6.3ppmの蒸留水を調製した。
・調製した蒸留水100mlを前記の三方ヒートシール袋に静かに移し、満注の状態で速やかにヒートシールにより密封する。
・検体は121℃、25分の高圧蒸気滅菌を施す。
・全ての検体を40℃×70%RHの恒温恒湿槽内に静置する。
・14日間静置した検体を取り出し、23℃恒温室内にて検体を23℃に降温させる。
・非破壊酸素濃度計(三洋貿易製、Fibox−3型)により、検体のセンサーチップを検知させ袋内の溶存酸素濃度を測定する。
・上記の溶存酸素濃度を測定した検体袋を開口する。
・収容した蒸留水を速やかに清浄な蓋付きガラス容器に移し、官能による臭いおよび味を下記3段階で判定する。
A:無味無臭、
B:僅かに臭いと味を感じる、
C:かなりの臭いと味を感じる
得られた結果を表に示す。
Claims (4)
- エチレンービニルアルコール共重合体を主成分とし、不飽和二重結合を有するポリエン系重合体、遷移金属塩を副成分とする混合組成物のa層、a層の両面に隣接してα−オレフィンと不飽和カルボン酸または不飽和ジカルボン酸の無水物モノマーの共重合体を主成分とし、多孔質のアルミノ珪酸塩の微粉末0.5〜30重量%、を副成分とする混合組成物よりなるb1 *層とb2 *層、並びにこれらのb1 *層とb2 *層の外側に隣接して設けられたポリプロピレンを主成分とするc1層とc2層、からなり、前記アルミノ珪酸塩が、疎水性アルミノ珪酸塩及び親水性アルミノ珪酸塩である5層を共押出により溶融製膜したシートA*の片面に、
ポリプロピレンを主成分とするシートBを熱貼合により一体化させたことを特徴とする、酸素吸収機能を有するプラスチックシート。 - b1 *層またはb2 *層の少なくとも一方が環状オレフィンモノマーの開環重合体または該開環重合体の水素添加物または環状オレフィンモノマーの付加重合体を5〜20重量%さらに含んでいる請求項1記載のプラスチックシート。
- a層が1gあたり30cc以上の酸素を吸収し、総厚みの5〜35%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の酸素吸収機能を有するプラスチックシート。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプラスチックシートをポリプロピレンの結晶化温度以下に加熱し、固体状態のまま金型内に挿入形成したことを特徴とする酸素吸収機能を有する容器。
