Description
前記診断システムにおいて、前記乗り物は、電動二輪車である、としてもよい。
[全体システムの構成例例]
本発明の実施の形態1では、電動式乗り物が電装品の診断を行う機能を備えている場合とする。つまり、電動式乗り物が単独で診断システムを構成している場合である。
図2は、図1に示す電動二輪車1の診断システムの構成例として、特に電装品及びそれらの電気配線を表した電気システムの構成例を示す図である。
図4は本発明の実施の形態1における電動式乗り物の診断処理の流れの一例を示すフローチャートである。なお、この診断処理を遂行する主体は、電動式乗り物(特に、その車体の制御を司る車体制御ユニット59)である。以下では、図2に示す診断システムの構成要素を適宜参照して、図4に示すフローチャートを説明する。
ここで、A1〜Anは、損傷に影響を与える個々の物理的負荷であり、a1〜anは、重み係数であり、Bは、総合的にみて損傷の可能性があると考える値である。なお、物理負荷は、電装品を診断する前に予め求められる値であって、納車時から診断前にわたって記録される履歴値であることが好ましい。上式は一例であり、他の式を用いて、損傷予測を行ってもよい。
第1モードによる電装品の診断(ステップS405)のときにおいても、車体に生じた物理的負荷をも加味してもよい。例えば、バッテリユニット60のセルの劣化を診断する場合に、転倒などが生じた場合には、電装品の損傷の可能性を問わずに、直ちに診断をするようにしてもよい。
[診断処理例]
本発明の実施の形態2では、電動式乗り物のバッテリユニットの充電中に第1モード又は第2モードによる電装品の診断が行われる場合とする。なお、この診断処理を遂行する主体は、電動式乗り物(特に、車体制御ユニット59)である。
前記の説明では、バッテリユニット60の充電時間が第1モード又は第2モードによる電装品の異常の有無の診断時間よりも長いことを前提としているが、バッテリユニット60の充電時間が電装品の異常の有無の診断時間よりも短くてもよい。
[診断システムの構成例]
本発明の実施の形態3では、電動式乗り物のバッテリユニットに対して充電を行う外部充電器又はそのホスト装置が電装品の診断を行う機能を備えている場合とする。つまり、電装品の診断処理を遂行する主体は、充電器又はそのホスト装置である。なお、このような充電器のことを本願では診断機能付き充電器と呼ぶこととする。
まず、電動式乗り物1は、バッテリ状態センサ65によって電装品の電気的特性を検出するとともに、車体状態センサ90や操縦状態センサ95によって車体に生じた物理的負荷を検出し、これらの検出した情報を記憶器590に記憶しておく。
前記の説明では、診断機能付充電器100が第1モード又は第2モードによる電装品の診断を遂行しているが、診断機能付充電器100と通信可能に接続されたホスト装置200が診断機能付充電器100から情報を受信し、この受信した情報に基づいて第1モード又は第2モードによる電装品の診断を遂行してもよい。この場合、診断機能付充電器100はホスト装置200と電動式乗り物1との間の通信を中継する中継装置(ゲートウェイ装置、ブリッジ装置など)として機能する。
[診断機能付充電器の疑似漏電回路の構成例]
本発明の実施の形態4は、前記の実施の形態3を前提としており、診断機能付充電器100が遂行する電動式乗り物1に搭載される各種の電装品の診断の中に、電動式乗り物1に搭載される漏電検知器54が正常に作動するか否かを判定することが含まれている場合である。なお、漏電検知器54とは、バッテリユニット60から車体フレーム4などのグランド電位に維持されている部位への漏電を検知する機器である。診断機能付充電器100は、漏電検知器54が正常に作動するか否かを判定するために、電動式乗り物1を実際に漏電させるのではなく、バッテリユニット60と車体フレーム4などの車体グランド部位とを故意に短絡させるための疑似漏電回路110を備えている。

Claims (10)
- 電装品が搭載される電動式乗り物の診断方法であって、
前記電装品の電気的特性以外の前記電動式乗り物の車体に生じた物理的負荷を検出し、
前記検出した車体に生じた物理的負荷の大きさを履歴として記憶し、
診断前に前記記憶された物理的負荷の大きさの履歴に基づいて前記物理的負荷の大きさを加味することにより、前記電装品の電気的特性に基づいた前記電装品の診断動作を変更する、電動式乗り物の診断方法。 - 前記電装品の電気的特性に基づいた前記電装品の診断動作を変更することは、
前記検出した車体に生じた物理的負荷に基づいて前記電装品の損傷の可能性が高いか否かを判定することと、
前記電装品の損傷の可能性が高いことを判定した場合、前記電装品の損傷の可能性が高くないと判定した場合に比べて、前記電装品の電気的特性に基づいた診断規則を前記電装品に異常が有ると診断しやすくなるように変更することと、
を含む請求項1に記載の電動式乗り物の診断方法。 - 前記車体に生じた物理的負荷は、前記車体が受けた機械的な衝撃度合を表す物理量の変化を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電動式乗り物の診断方法。
- 前記車体に生じた物理的負荷は、前記車体の温度環境を表す物理量の変化を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電動式乗り物の診断方法。
- 前記電動式乗り物は、前記車体の制御を司る車体制御ユニットを備え、
前記車体に生じた物理的負荷は前記車体制御ユニットに供給される物理量の変化を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電動式乗り物の診断方法。 - 前記車体に生じた物理的負荷は、前記車体の保管時に検出される物理量の変化を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電動式乗り物の診断方法。
- 前記検出した車体に生じた物理的負荷を記憶することをさらに含み、
前記電装品の電気的特性に基づいた前記電装品の診断動作を変更することは、
前記電装品に含まれるバッテリを充電するときに、前記記憶された車体に生じた物理的負荷に基づいて前記電装品の電気的特性に基づいた前記電装品の診断動作を変更することを含み、
前記物理的負荷が所定量より小さい場合には、電気的特性に基づく前記電装品の異常の有無を診断する第1モードの診断動作を行い、
前記物理的負荷が所定量より大きい場合には、前記車体に生じた物理的負荷を加味して前記電装品の異常の有無を診断する第2モードの診断動作を行う、請求項1又は2に記載の電動式乗り物の診断方法。 - 電装品が搭載される乗り物の診断システムであって、
前記電装品の電気的特性以外の前記乗り物の車体に生じた物理的負荷を検出する検出部と、
前記検出した車体に生じた物理的負荷に基づいて、前記電装品の電気的特性に基づいた前記電装品の診断動作を変更する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記検出した車体に生じた物理的負荷に基づいて前記電装品の損傷の可能性が高いか否かを判定し、
前記電装品の損傷の可能性が高いことを判定した場合、前記電装品の損傷の可能性が高くないと判定した場合に比べて、前記電装品の電気的特性に基づいた診断規則を前記電装品に異常が有ると診断しやすくなるように変更するように構成される、乗り物の診断システム。 - 電装品が搭載される乗り物の診断システムであって、
前記乗り物は、
前記検出した車体に生じた物理的負荷を記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部に記憶された前記車体に生じた物理的負荷を車外装置に送信する送信部と、を備え、
前記車外装置は、
前記乗り物から送信された前記車体に生じた物理的負荷を受信する受信部と、
前記受信した車体に生じた物理的負荷に基づいて、前記電装品の電気的特性に基づいた前記電装品の診断動作を変更する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記検出した車体に生じた物理的負荷に基づいて前記電装品の損傷の可能性が高いか否かを判定し、
前記電装品の損傷の可能性が高いことを判定した場合、前記電装品の損傷の可能性が高くないと判定した場合に比べて、前記電装品の電気的特性に基づいた診断規則を前記電装品に異常が有ると診断しやすくなるように変更するように構成される、乗り物の診断システム。 - 前記乗り物は、電動二輪車である、請求項8又は9に記載の乗り物の診断システム。
