Description
さらに、各ブレーキ装置を、各変速軸の軸方向の同じ側にまとめて配置することができ、各ブレーキ装置に対して作動用の圧油を供給するための油圧ホースを接続する場合に、これら各油圧ホースをほぼ等しい長さに設定することができる。この結果、各ブレーキ装置に対して作動用の圧油をほぼ同時に供給することができ、各ブレーキ装置の作動タイミングを一致させることができる。

Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載されたケーシングと、該ケーシング内に回転可能に支持され前記車両に搭載された原動機によって回転される回転軸と、前記ケーシング内に並列に並んで回転可能に支持され前記回転軸の回転を互いに異なる回転数に変速する複数本の変速軸と、前記回転軸と前記各変速軸との間に設けられ前記各変速軸のうちいずれか一の変速軸と前記回転軸とを選択的に接続するクラッチ機構と、前記各変速軸に歯車を介して常時連結され前記クラッチ機構によって選択された一の変速軸の回転を前記車両の車輪に出力する出力軸とを備えてなる車両用動力伝達装置において、
前記ケーシングと前記各変速軸との間には、前記各変速軸に対して同時に制動力を付与し、かつ前記各変速軸に付与した制動力を同時に解除する複数個のブレーキ装置をそれぞれ設け、
前記複数個のブレーキ装置は、前記複数本の変速軸に対して軸方向の一側に片寄せてそれぞれ配置する構成としたことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記複数個のブレーキ装置は、油圧ポンプからブレーキ解除圧が供給されないときには前記変速軸に対して制動力を付与し、前記油圧ポンプからブレーキ解除圧が供給されることにより変速軸に対する制動力を解除するネガティブブレーキにより構成し、
前記複数個のブレーキ装置と前記油圧ポンプとの間には一のブレーキ制御弁を設け、該ブレーキ制御弁は、前記各ブレーキ装置に対するブレーキ解除圧の供給と供給停止とを同時に行う構成としてなる請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記車両は、前車輪が設けられた前部車体と、後車輪が設けられた後部車体と、前記前部車体と後部車体との間に設けられ前記前部車体と後部車体とを左,右方向に屈曲可能に連結する連結機構とにより構成し、
前記前部車体および後部車体のうち一方の車体に前記原動機を搭載し、前記ケーシングは、前記連結機構と前記原動機との間に位置して前記一方の車体に設け、前記ブレーキ装置は、前記連結機構と対面して前記各変速軸の軸方向の一側に配置する構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
