単位面積あたりのハウジング100の配置効率を最大化できる配置構造であることは無論である。
Claims (8)
- ハウジングと、
少なくとも1つの半導体光素子が前記ハウジングの底面外側に配置される発光モジュールと、
前記ハウジングの底面内側に放射状に配置される複数の底部薄板、及び前記底部薄板の両側周縁に沿って延在して対向する放熱薄板を備えた放熱体ユニットと、
を含み、
前記底部薄板の端部の外側には、対向する前記放熱薄板の間に形成された切欠部を含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記底面の周縁部にベントスロットが形成され、
前記切欠部は、前記ベントスロットと連通するように形成されていることを特徴とする光半導体照明装置。 - 前記放熱体ユニットは前記底面内側の中心部に向かって前記放熱薄板の内側端部の一部から延在する固定薄板をさらに含み、
前記半導体照明装置は前記底面内側の中心部に配置され前記固定薄板の上側周縁を固定するコア固定片をさら含み、
前記コア固定片の上部側の空間と、前記放熱薄板の間の空間とは、当該放熱薄板の内側端部で連通し、
前記コア固定片の下部側の空間と、前記放熱薄板の間の空間とは、前記固定薄板の間の空間を介して連通していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記放熱体ユニットは、
前記底面内側の中心部に向かって前記底部薄板の内側端部から延在する延在薄板と、
前記延在薄板の両側周縁に沿って延在して対向する固定薄板と、をさらに含み、
前記固定薄板は前記放熱薄板と接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記底面内側の中心部に配置され前記固定薄板の上側周縁を固定するコア固定片をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光半導体照明装置。
- 前記底部薄板は、
前記底面内側の周縁側に向かって次第に広くなるようにテーパ状をなす形状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、
前記底面内側から突出され前記底部薄板の両側周縁に沿って配置された複数の固定突片をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、
前記底面内側の中心部から複数の前記底部薄板及び前記放熱薄板の内側端部間で形成される連通空間をさらに含み、
前記連通空間は前記放熱薄板の間に形成される第1放熱通路と連通することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の光半導体照明装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、
前記連通空間に配置される換気ファンをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の光半導体照明装置。
