Description
また、上記本発明の第2の側面によれば、ロック部材に対する付勢手段の付勢力を、パイプの係止方向にパイプ係止部を変位させる力に容易に変換することが可能となり、簡易かつコンパクトな構成でありながら、パイプとの連結状態を強固に保持することが可能となる。
また、上記本発明の第3の側面によれば、部品点数の少ない簡易な構成でありながら、ロック部材に対する付勢力を利用してパイプとの連結状態を強固に保持することが可能となる。
また、上記本発明の第4および第5の側面によれば、簡易かつコンパクトな構成でありながら、ロック部材に対する付勢力を利用してパイプとの連結状態を安定的に保持することが可能となる。
以下、図1〜図8を参照しながら本発明の第1実施形態に係るパイプ連結用コネクタについて説明する。以下では、特に断り書きのない限り、パイプ連結用コネクタ及びパイプに関する方向は、図1中の矢印で示す方向に従って定めるものとする。
次に、図9〜図13を参照しながら第2実施形態に係るパイプ連結用コネクタについて説明する。図9〜図13では、第1実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号が付されている。また、第2実施形態では、第1の実施形態と同様の事項については、以下で特に言及する事項を除いて詳細な説明を省略する。
次に、図14〜図17を参照しながら第3実施形態に係るパイプ連結用コネクタについて説明する。図14〜図17では、第1実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号が付されている。また、第3実施形態では、第1の実施形態と同様の事項については、以下で特に言及する事項を除いて詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (1)
- パイプを連結対象に連結するためのパイプ連結用コネクタであって、
前記パイプが挿脱されるコネクタ本体と、
前記パイプを係止するパイプ係止部を有し、当該パイプ係止部が前記パイプを係止するロック位置と、当該係止を解除するロック解除位置との間を移動可能に前記コネクタ本体の外周に保持されるロック部材と、
前記ロック部材を前記ロック位置側に付勢する付勢手段と
を備え、
前記ロック部材は、前記パイプの挿入および引き抜き方向に移動可能に設けられ、
前記付勢手段が、前記ロック部材に設けられた弾性付勢片であり、当該弾性付勢片は、前記ロック位置において前記コネクタ本体との係合により径方向外側に弾性変形することにより、前記ロック部材を前記ロック位置側へ付勢する付勢力を生じさせ、
前記コネクタ本体には、開口が設けられ、
前記パイプ係止部は、径方向外側から前記開口に挿入されることによって前記パイプを係止する係止爪を有し、前記付勢力によって前記開口の縁部に摺接することにより、前記係止爪を径方向内側に弾性的に変位させることを特徴とするパイプ連結用コネクタ。
