Claims (5)
- ピストンが収容されたシリンダの外殻であるシリンダライナの外側に冷却水流路を隔ててシリンダブロックを有するエンジンのネジ穴にネジで螺合して取り付けられて前記シリンダ内の気圧である筒内圧を検出する筒内圧センサであって、
前記シリンダブロックの外側から前記シリンダブロックを貫通して前記シリンダライナに当接され、筒内圧よって変位するプッシュロッドと、
前記シリンダブロックの外側に配置される前記ネジを回転させるためのヘッドの内部に凹んで形成されたセンサ室で前記プッシュロッドの変位を検出する変位センサと、
前記プッシュロッドを前記シリンダライナに圧接するコイルばねとを備えたことを特徴とする筒内圧センサ。 - 前記変位センサは、前記プッシュロッドの前記シリンダブロックの外側に向いた一端と前記シリンダブロックに対して固定された支持部材との間に、歪みセンサが圧接させて配置され、前記歪みセンサが検出する歪みが前記プッシュロッドの変位を表すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の筒内圧センサ。
- 前記変位センサは、前記プッシュロッドの前記シリンダブロックの外側に向いた一端に発電機の可動子が圧接され、前記発電機の固定子が前記シリンダブロックに対して固定され、前記発電機が発生する電力が前記プッシュロッドの変位を表すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の筒内圧センサ。
- 前記変位センサは、前記プッシュロッドの前記シリンダブロックの外側に向いた一端と前記シリンダブロックに対して固定された支持部材との間に、圧電センサが圧接させて配置され、前記圧電センサが電気的に検出する圧力が前記プッシュロッドの変位を表すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の筒内圧センサ。
- 前記変位センサは、前記プッシュロッドの前記シリンダブロックの外側に向いた一端に第一の電極板が圧接され、前記第一の電極板に対向する第二の電極板が前記シリンダブロックに対して固定され、前記第一の電極板と前記第二の電極板間の静電容量が前記プッシュロッドの変位を表すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の筒内圧センサ。
