Description
以下に本発明の態様を示す。
1.少なくとも1つの布帛層がナノ繊維層に隣接して対面する関係にある複合布帛を含み、着用者を風および/または水から保護しながら水蒸気を通過させる能力を有する衣服であって、前記ナノ繊維層が、約50nm〜約1000nmの間の数平均直径と、約1g/m 2 〜約100g/m 2 の間の坪量とを有する高分子ナノ繊維の少なくとも1つの多孔質層を含み、前記複合布帛が、約1.2m 3 /m 2 /分〜約7.6m 3 /m 2 /分の間のFrazier空気透過率と、約500g/m 2 /日よりも大きいMVTR(ASTM E−96Bによる)とを有し、前記ナノ繊維層がその表面の一部で前記布帛層に溶接された衣服。
2.前記ナノ繊維層が電界紡糸またはエレクトロブローイングによって製造されるか、あるいは前記ナノ繊維層がメルトブローン繊維を含む上記1に記載の衣服。
3.前記ナノ繊維層が、ポリアセタール、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、セルロースエーテル、セルロースエステル、ポリアルキレンスルフィド、ポリアリーレンオキシド、ポリスルホン、変性ポリスルホンポリマーおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される種類からのポリマーを含む上記1に記載の衣服。
4.前記ナノ繊維層が、架橋および非架橋形態のポリ(塩化ビニル)、ポリメタクリル酸メチル、ポリスチレン、およびそのコポリマー、ポリ(フッ化ビニリデン)、ポリ(塩化ビニリデン)、ポリビニルアルコールからなる群から選ばれるポリマーを含む上記1に記載の衣服。
5.前記ナノ繊維層が、ナイロン−6、ナイロン−6,6、ナイロン6,6−6,10からなる群から選ばれるポリマーを含む上記3に記載の衣服。
6.前記ナノ繊維層が、カレンダー加工される上記1に記載の衣服。
7.前記ナノ繊維層が、前記第1の布帛層と接触しながらカレンダー加工される上記6に記載の衣服。
8.前記第1の布帛層が、ナイロン、綿、羊毛、絹、ポリエステル、ポリアクリル酸、ポリオレフィンおよびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料から織られる上記1に記載の衣服。
9.前記第1の布帛層が、約8g/デニール(gpd)未満の引張強度を有する繊維から織られる上記1に記載の衣服。
Claims (2)
- 少なくとも1つの織られた布帛層がナノ繊維層に隣接して対面する関係にある複合布帛を含み、着用者を風および/または水から保護しながら水蒸気を通過させる能力を有する衣服であって、前記ナノ繊維層が、約50nm〜約1000nmの間の数平均直径と、約1g/m2〜約100g/m2の間の坪量とを有する高分子ナノ繊維の少なくとも1つの多孔質層を含み、前記複合布帛が、約1.2m3/m2/分〜約7.6m3/m2/分の間のFrazier空気透過率と、約500g/m2/日よりも大きいMVTR(ASTM E−96Bによる)とを有し、前記ナノ繊維層がその表面の一部で、ウレタン接着剤により前記布帛層に溶接され、
前記ナノ繊維層が、ナイロン−6、ナイロン−6,6、ナイロン6,6−6,10からなる群から選ばれるポリマーを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの織られた布帛層が、ナイロンから織られる衣服。 - 織られた布帛層が、8g/デニール未満の引張強度を有する繊維を含む請求項1記載の衣服。
