Claims (7)
- 2つの内接歯車ポンプ(2,2′)を有し、該2つの内接歯車ポンプ(2,2′)が、共通のポンプ軸(3)と、ポンプハウジング(6)と、該ポンプハウジング(6)の内部で前記2つの内接歯車ポンプ(2,2′)の間に配置された隔壁(10)とを備える二重内接歯車ポンプにおいて、
前記隔壁(10)の周面(12)が一方向に拡大しており、前記ポンプハウジング(6)の内部で前記周面(12)に対応する形状の対向面(13)に接触していることを特徴とする二重内接歯車ポンプ。 - 前記隔壁(10)が錐台状の周面(12)を備える、請求項1に記載の二重内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(6)が、液圧式車両ブレーキ装置の液圧ブロックによって形成され、液圧ブロックが前記内接歯車ポンプ(2,2′)を前記車両ブレーキ装置の他の液圧的な構成素子に液圧的に接続している、請求項1に記載の二重内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記2つの内接歯車ポンプ(2,2′)の少なくともピニオン(4,4′)および隔壁(10)が、前記ポンプハウジング(6)に挿入されるアセンブリとして前記ポンプ軸(3)にあらかじめ組み付けられている、請求項1に記載の二重内接歯車ポンプ。
- ポンプ接続部(17,17′,18,18′)が、前記隔壁(10)の前記周面(12)を通って延在し、かつ前記ポンプハウジング(6)の内部の前記対向面(13)を通って延在している、請求項1に記載の二重内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ接続部(17,17′,18,18′)の開口部が、前記隔壁(10)の前記周面(12)および/または前記ポンプハウジング(6)の内部の前記対向面(13)にシール(19)を備える、請求項5に記載の二重内接歯車ポンプ。
- 前記隔壁(10)が、前記2つの内接歯車ポンプ(2,2′)のうちのいずれか一方の少なくとも1つの弁(20,20′,23,23′)を備える、請求項1に記載の二重内接歯車ポンプ。
