Claims (6)
- 屋根に配設される基礎構造体と、複数の前記基礎構造体に、これらの基礎構造体に設けられた高さ位置調整手段により高さ位置が調整可能に結合され、屋根上設置物が固定されるレール部材と、を備えている屋根上設置物の取付装置において、
前記高さ調整手段は、前記基礎構造体に立ち上がり状態で設けられた1本のねじ軸と、このねじ軸に螺合された高さ位置調整ナットと、前記レール部材を下側から受けるための部材であって、前記高さ位置調整ナットにより下側から支持され、この高さ位置調整ナットの前記ねじ軸での高さ位置の変更によって高さ位置が調整される受け部材と、を含んで構成され、
前記ねじ軸の上部は前記受け部材の底部を貫通してこの底部の上方へ延びており、前記受け部材には、前記レール部材を受けるための受け部が前記底部よりも上側に設けられ、この受け部と前記底部との間において、前記ねじ軸の前記上部に、前記高さ位置調整ナットと共に前記底部を挟着固定するためのロックナットが螺合されており、
前記レール部材の長さ方向における前記受け部材の長さ寸法は、このレール部材の長さ寸法よりも短くなっており、
前記受け部材の前記受け部は、前記レール部材の底部のうちの一部を受けるものとなっており、前記レール部材の前記底部の残りのうちの少なくとも一部に、前記ねじ軸の前記上部が挿入可能となっている上向きの凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする屋根上設置物の取付装置。 - 請求項1に記載の屋根上設置物の取付装置において、前記受け部材の前記受け部は、前記レール部材の長さ方向と直交する水平方向に2個あり、これらの受け部の間に、前記レール部材の前記底部に設けられている前記上向きの凹部が配置されていることを特徴とする屋根上設置物の取付装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の屋根上設置物の取付装置において、前記受け部材の前記受け部の上面には突条部が形成されており、前記レール部材の前記底部のうち、前記受け部で受けられる部分には、前記レール部材をこのレール部材の長さ方向と直交する水平方向に位置決めするために前記突条部が嵌合されている凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする屋根上設置物の取付装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の屋根上設置物の取付装置において、前記上向きの凹部は、前記レール部材の全長に渡って設けられていることを特徴とする屋根上設置物の取付装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の屋根上設置物の取付装置において、前記屋根は瓦葺き屋根であり、前記ねじ軸は、この瓦葺き屋根の瓦に形成された孔に上下に挿通されており、前記ねじ軸には、前記瓦よりも上側において、この瓦の上面に押し当てられて前記瓦の前記孔を塞いでいるカバー部材が配置されていることを特徴とする屋根上設置物の取付装置。
- 請求項5に記載の屋根上設置物の取付装置において、前記レール部材は、アルミ製又はアルミ合金製の押し出し成形品又は引き抜き成形品であることを特徴とする屋根上設置物の取付装置。
