Claims (6)
- 外周面に外周軌道面が形成された内輪と、内周面に内周軌道面が形成された外輪と、前記内輪の外周軌道面と前記外輪の内周軌道面との間に転動自在に配設され、保持器に形成されたポケット内に収容された複数の円錐ころと、を有する円錐ころ軸受において、
前記保持器を、前記内輪及び前記外輪の中心軸線に沿う方向で、前記円錐ころと前記内輪の外周軌道面及び前記外輪の内周軌道面との間の間隙を低減する方向に、押圧する押圧手段を備え、
前記外輪の内周軌道面は、当該外輪の中心軸線に対して平行である
ことを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受装置。 - 前記押圧手段は、前記内輪及び前記外輪の軸方向側部に位置するように前記保持器に形成された鍔部とシール部材とによって画成される油圧室と、当該油圧室に所定圧の油圧を供給する油圧供給手段とで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円錐ころ軸受装置。
- 前記押圧手段による押圧方向と逆方向への前記保持器の移動量を制限する移動量制限手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円錐ころ軸受装置。
- 前記円錐ころ軸受は、複列の円錐ころ軸受であり、複列の保持器のそれぞれに形成された鍔部の間に前記油圧室が画成されると共に、当該鍔部の間に前記移動量制限手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の円錐ころ軸受装置。
- 外周面に外周軌道面が形成されカムシャフトに取付けられた内輪と、内周面に内周軌道面が形成され軸受ハウジングに固定された外輪と、前記内輪の外周軌道面と前記外輪の内周軌道面との間に転動自在に配設され、保持器に形成されたポケット内に収容された複数の円錐ころと、前記保持器を、前記内輪及び前記外輪の中心軸線に沿う方向で、前記円錐ころと前記内輪の外周軌道面及び前記外輪の内周軌道面との間の間隙を低減する方向に押圧する押圧手段を備えるカムシャフトの円錐ころ軸受装置であって、
前記押圧手段が前記保持器を第1軸方向に押圧するように構成された第1円錐ころ軸受と、前記押圧手段が前記保持器を前記第1軸方向と逆の第2軸方向に押圧するように構成された第2円錐ころ軸受とを備え、当該第1及び第2の円錐ころ軸受のそれぞれの総数が等しくなるように配設され、
前記外輪の内周軌道面は、当該外輪の中心軸線に対して平行である
ことを特徴とするカムシャフトの円錐ころ軸受装置。 - 前記カムシャフトは、カムスプロケットが取付けられる前端側に第1ジャーナル部を備えると共に、各気筒に対応するカムローブ位置に他のジャーナル部を備え、前記第1ジャーナル部には前記第1及び第2の円錐ころ軸受が配設され、前記他のジャーナル部には点火順序に従って前記第1及び第2の円錐ころ軸受が交互に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のカムシャフトの円錐ころ軸受装置。
