Description
Claims (16)
- 導入口、排出口、および前記導入口と前記排出口との間に位置するスロートを定めているバルブ本体、
前記バルブ本体に配置され、第1の着座位置と第2の着座位置との間を前記バルブ本体に対して変位するように構成されたバルブディスク、
前記バルブ本体の前記スロートに配置されるバルブポートであって、ハウジングおよびカートリッジを備えており、該ハウジングが、前記バルブ本体に固定され、第1の部位と第2の部位とを有し、前記第1の部位が、前記第2の部位より小さい直径を有する空洞を定めており、前記カートリッジが、入り口端と、出口端と、当該バルブポートを流体が通過できるようにするために前記入り口端と前記出口端との間に延びる細長いオリフィスとを定めるとともに、前記ハウジングの前記空洞に配置されて、前記ハウジングから突き出す第1の位置と前記ハウジングへと引き込まれる第2の位置との間を変位するように構成されているバルブポート、
前記カートリッジによって保持され、前記バルブディスクが前記第1の着座位置にありかつ前記カートリッジが前記第1の位置にあるときに、前記バルブディスクと密に係合して前記バルブポートを通過する流体の流れを停止させる一次座、および
前記カートリッジの出口端の付近の位置であって、前記ハウジングの前記空洞における前記第1の部位と同じ直径を有する位置において前記ハウジングによって保持され、前記バルブディスクが前記第2の着座位置にありかつ前記カートリッジが前記第2の位置にあるときに、前記バルブディスクと密に係合して前記バルブポートを通過する流体の流れを停止させる二次座を備え、
前記ハウジングが、前記カートリッジの前記出口端の付近および前記カートリッジに隣接して配置された環状の突起を備えている流体調節装置。 - 前記カートリッジの前記出口端が、該カートリッジが前記第1の位置にあるときに前記ハウジングの前記環状の突起を超えて突き出し、該カートリッジが前記第2の位置にあるときに前記ハウジングの中へと引き込まれる請求項1に記載の流体調節装置。
- 前記二次座が、前記ハウジングの前記環状の突起によって保持されている請求項2に記載の流体調節装置。
- 前記ハウジングの前記環状の突起が、第1の円錐台形状の先端部及び前記第1の円錐台形状の先端部の内部且つ同心で配置された第2の円錐台形状の先端部を備え、
前記第1の円錐台形状部は第1の角度に集中し、前記第2の円錐台形状部は第2の角度に集中し、前記第1の角度は前記第2の角度よりも大きい、請求項3に記載の流体調節装置。 - 前記一次座および二次座のそれぞれが、前記カートリッジの前記入り口端とは反対側の位置に配置されている請求項4に記載の流体調節装置。
- 前記ハウジングの前記空洞が、段差面を定めており、前記カートリッジが、前記段差面と平行なストッパ面を定めており、該ストッパ面が、該カートリッジが前記第1の位置にあるときに前記ストッパ面に係合するように構成されている請求項1に記載の流体調節装置。
- 前記バルブポートが、前記ハウジングの前記空洞の前記段差面と前記カートリッジのフランジ部の前記ストッパ面との間に配置されたOリングをさらに備えており、該Oリングが、前記カートリッジが前記第1の位置にあるときに該カートリッジと前記ハウジングとの間に流体を漏らさないシールをもたらすように構成されている請求項6に記載の流体調節装置。
- 前記バルブポートが、前記ハウジングと前記カートリッジとの間に配置されて前記カートリッジを前記第1の位置へと付勢するコイルばねをさらに備えている請求項1に記載の流体調節装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記コイルばねが係合するばね座、および該ばね座の付近に配置されて流体が前記バルブポートを通って流れることができるようにする少なくとも1つの窓を備えている請求項8に記載の流体調節装置。
- 前記バルブポートの前記ハウジングが、前記バルブ本体の前記スロートへと着脱可能にねじ込まれる請求項1に記載の流体調節装置。
- 前記バルブ本体へと接続されたアクチュエータをさらに備えており、
該アクチュエータが、前記バルブディスクへと作用可能に接続され、前記バルブ本体の前記排出口の圧力の変化に応答して前記バルブディスクを前記第1および第2の着座位置の間で変位させるように構成されたダイアフラムを備えている請求項1に記載の流体調節装置。 - バルブ本体およびアクチュエータを備えており、該アクチュエータが、前記バルブ本体に配置されたバルブディスクを含んでおり、該バルブディスクが、前記バルブ本体を通過する流体の流れを制御すべく前記バルブ本体に対して変位するように構成されている流体調節装置において使用されるように構成されたバルブポートであって、
空洞および環状の突起を備え、前記空洞が、第1の部位と第2の部位とを有し、前記第1の部位が、前記第2の部位より小さい直径を有しているハウジング、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置され、入り口端と、出口端と、前記入り口端と前記出口端との間に延びていて、当該バルブポートを通って流体を流すことができる細長いオリフィスとを備えており、前記出口端を前記環状の突起の付近の位置において前記ハウジングを超えて突き出させる第1の位置と前記出口端を前記ハウジングの中へと引き込む第2の位置との間を前記ハウジングに対して変位するように構成されているカートリッジ、
前記ハウジングと前記カートリッジの前記入り口端との間に配置され、前記カートリッジを前記第1の位置へと付勢するばね、
前記カートリッジの前記出口端によって保持され、前記カートリッジが前記第1の位置にあるときに、前記アクチュエータの前記バルブディスクと密に係合して当該バルブポートを通過する流体の流れを停止させるように構成された一次座、および
前記カートリッジの前記出口端の付近の位置であって、前記ハウジングの前記空洞における前記第1の部位と同じ直径を有する位置において前記ハウジングの前記環状の突起によって保持され、前記カートリッジが前記第2の位置にあるときに、前記アクチュエータの前記バルブディスクと密に係合して当該バルブポートを通過する流体の流れを停止させるように構成された二次座を備え、
前記出口端が、前記ハウジングの前記環状の突起の付近および前記カートリッジに隣接して配置され、
前記環状の突起が、前記空洞の前記第1の部位と同じ直径を有しているバルブポート。 - 前記ハウジングが、前記ばねが係合するばね座、および該ばね座の付近に配置されて流体が当該バルブポートを通って流れることができるようにする少なくとも1つの窓を備えている請求項12に記載のバルブポート。
- 前記ハウジングの前記環状の突起が、前記二次座を保持している円錐台形状の先端部を備えている請求項12に記載のバルブポート。
- 前記ハウジングの前記空洞が、段差面を定めており、前記カートリッジが、前記段差面と平行なストッパ面を定めており、該ストッパ面が、該カートリッジが前記第1の位置にあるときに前記ストッパ面に係合するように構成されている請求項12に記載のバルブポート。
- 前記ハウジングの前記空洞の前記段差面と前記カートリッジのフランジ部の前記ストッパ面との間に配置されたOリングをさらに備えており、該Oリングが、前記カートリッジが前記第1の位置にあるときに該カートリッジと前記ハウジングとの間に流体を漏らさないシールをもたらすように構成されている請求項15に記載のバルブポート。
