Claims (4)
- シャフト(12)を備えるセルフタッピングねじ(11)であって、前記シャフト(12)の遊端(15)を起点として、前記シャフトの長さの少なくとも一部にわたってねじ山(21)が延びており、該ねじ山(21)が、少なくとも部分的に半径方向外側に開いた切欠き(24)内に、前記ねじ山(21)の硬度に対してより高い硬度を有する材料からなる切断体(26,36,46,56,66)を有しており、前記切断体(26,36,46,56,66)の半径方向外側輪郭(27;37;47;57,67)が、前記ねじ山(21)から少なくとも部分的に突出しているものにおいて、
前記シャフト(12)の前記遊端(15)に向かって、前記シャフト(12)のシャフト外面(14)に対する前記ねじ山(21)の高さが次第に減少し、
前記シャフト(12)の前記遊端(15)に向かって次第に前記シャフト外面(14)に対する高さが減少する、前記ねじ山(21)の区分内で、前記シャフト(12)の前記遊端(15)に向かって、前記シャフト外面(14)に対する前記切断体(26,36,46,56,66)の前記半径方向外側輪郭(27;37;47;57,67)の高さ(A;B;C;D,E)が段階的に減少することを特徴とするセルフタッピングねじ。 - 前記シャフト外面(14)に対する前記半径方向外側輪郭(27;37;47;57,67)の前記高さ(A;B;C;D,E)が、前記切断体(26,36,46,56,66)から切断体(26,36,46,56)へ一様に減少している、請求項1記載のセルフタッピングねじ。
- 前記シャフト(12)の前記遊端(15)に向かって次第に前記シャフト外面(14)に対する高さが減少する、前記ねじ山(21)の区分内に、2〜10個の前記切断体(26;36;46;56,66)が設けられている、請求項1または2記載のセルフタッピングねじ。
- 前記切断体(26;36;46;56,66)が、前記シャフト(12)の軸線方向投影内面で見て、それぞれ60°〜120°だけ互いにずらされて配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のセルフタッピングねじ。
