Claims (3)
- 風車の可動部分における一方の構造体に固定されたリングギアに対して噛み合うピニオンと、
前記可動部分において前記一方の構造体に対して回転自在に設置される他方の構造体側に対して固定される電動機と、
前記電動機の回転駆動力を出力する出力軸と、
前記出力軸に連結されて前記電動機からの回転駆動力が入力される入力軸と、
前記ピニオンに対して固定された出力部と、
前記入力軸及び前記出力部に連結され、前記入力軸に入力された回転駆動力を減速して伝達するとともに前記出力部に対して出力する減速部と、
前記入力軸及び前記減速部を収容する本体と、
前記出力軸を停止させるブレーキ機構と、
を備えている風車用駆動装置であって、
前記出力軸から前記ピニオンまでにおける駆動力が伝達される経路である駆動力伝達経路に設けられ、所定の大きさ以上のトルクが作用したときに前記駆動力伝達経路の連結を切り離す切断機構として設けられた切欠部と、
前記本体の内側に設けられ、前記切欠部と前記減速部との間に配置されて当該切欠部と当該減速部との間の領域を区画する区画部と、
を更に備え、
前記切欠部は、前記入力軸に設けられ、
前記区画部は、
前記本体の内側に形成された壁部として設けられて前記入力軸が挿入される孔が形成された内側壁部と、
前記孔に配置され、前記入力軸と前記内側壁部との間を封止するシール部材と、
を備え、
前記入力軸は、
一端側に形成されて前記出力軸と結合されるカップリング部と、
他端側に形成されて前記減速部に対して回転駆動力を伝達するインプットギア部と、
前記カップリング部と前記インプットギア部との間において形成されて前記シール部材が摺動するシール部と、
を有し、
前記入力軸における前記カップリング部と前記シール部との間に前記切欠部が形成され、
前記カップリング部、前記切欠部、前記シール部及び前記インプットギア部は、この順番で一端側から直列に配置されており、一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、風車用駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の風車用駆動装置であって、
前記シール部の外径寸法が前記カップリング部の外径寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とする、風車用駆動装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の風車用駆動装置であって、
前記入力軸には、前記シール部と前記インプットギア部との間において形成されて、前記インプットギア部が加工される際に工具を逃がすために凹み形成された逃げ部が設けられ、
前記切欠部の外径寸法が前記逃げ部の外径寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とする、風車用駆動装置。
