Description
Claims (4)
- エンジンで駆動される発電機とバッテリとを発電体として備え、前記発電機の出力を整流する整流器と、前記整流器の出力を交流に変換して発電機出力とするインバータと、前記バッテリの直流電圧を昇圧して前記インバータに入力するDC−DCコンバータとを有するハイブリッド式発動発電機において、
エンジン回転数検出手段と、
エンジン回転数に対応した前記発電機の出力可能電流を算出する手段と、
負荷電流検出手段と、
前記負荷電流に対する前記発電機出力可能電流の不足分を算出する手段と、
前記電流値の不足分に応じた電流を前記バッテリから前記インバータに供給するため、前記DC−DCコンバータを制御する制御手段とを備えており、
前記バッテリの端子電圧を検出する手段と、
前記バッテリの端子電圧が、バッテリの残量不足を判定する基準電圧以上であるか否かを判断する手段とを備え、
前記制御手段が、バッテリの端子電圧が基準電圧以上である場合に、前記インバータに対する前記電流値の不足分に応じた電流の供給を実施するように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド式発動発電機。 - 前記バッテリから前記インバータへの電流供給開始に応答して、前記発電機からの出力を一時停止するとともに、前記制御手段が、前記負荷電流をすべてバッテリからの出力でまかなうように前記DC−DCコンバータを制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド式発動発電機。
- エンジン回転数が、負荷電流に対応して決定される目標エンジン回転数に対して予定範囲内に留まった安定状態にあることを判定するエンジン回転判定手段を備え、
エンジン回転が前記安定状態にあると判定されたときに前記発電機からの出力を開始し、前記バッテリからの出力を低減させることを特徴とする請求項2記載のハイブリッド式発動発電機。 - 前記バッテリ出力による電流値の不足分の補助を、予め設定した前記発電機と前記バッテリの出力比率に従って実施することを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド式発動発電機。
