Description
本発明は、2008年1月17日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/021,764号明細書の優先権主張出願である。
本発明は又、管腔内プロテーゼの種々の製造手段を含む。一例を挙げると、本発明を限定するものではく、この管腔内プロテーゼ10のワイヤステント16を、連続ポリマーフィルム、好ましくはシリコーン又はポリウレタンで包囲し、即ち、完全に被覆するのが良い。ポリマーフィルムを吹付け又は被覆浸漬法を含む任意所望の手段によりワイヤステント16に被着させるのが良い。一実施形態では、ポリマーフィルムを浸漬被覆によりワイヤステント16に被着させるのが良く、この場合、フィルムは、当初、近位又は遠位カフ34,35の少なくとも一方を被覆する。部分被覆ステントが望ましい場合、ステント本体20を用いる前にそのカフからポリマーフィルムを除去するのが良い。
Claims (15)
- 管腔内プロテーゼであって、
a)長手方向軸線を定める長さを備えた半径方向に拡張可能な管状ステント本体を有し、前記管状ステント本体は、開放壁構造体を含むと共に内面及び外面を備え、
b)前記開放壁構造体の前記外面の少なくとも一部分に被せられていて、移動防止機能を有する3次元構造体が形成されたポリマー被覆体を有し、
前記3次元構造体は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ナイロン、ポリエチレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、シリコーン、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択された材料で作られる、管腔内プロテーゼ。 - 前記開放壁構造体は、編組ステントワイヤから成る、請求項1記載の管腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記3次元構造体は、少なくとも一部が前記ポリマー被覆体中に埋め込まれている、請求項1記載のプロテーゼ。
