- 下記の化学組成(重量%で表す):
Cr 20、
Al 5-6、
Ta 4、
Mo 4、
Re 3-4、
Zr 0.2、
B 0.05、
Y 0.1、
Hf 0.1、
C 0-0.05、
残りFeおよび不可避不純物
を特徴とする鉄をベースにした耐熱合金。 - Alの組成が5.5重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の耐熱合金。
- Cの組成が0.05重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の耐熱合金。
- Reの組成が3重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の耐熱合金。
- Reの組成が4重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の耐熱合金。
- 保護熱電対管用に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一に記載の耐熱合金。
- 合金組成物に対応する元素を、アークを用いて融解させそして引き続きおよそ900-800°Cで圧延することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一に記載の耐熱合金の製造方法。
