a)トリレンジアミンと、
b)一般式(II)
の炭酸アルキル、及び
c)一般式(III)
M(R3)n
[但し、式中、Mは、アルカリ金属原子であり、
R3は、R1及びR2と同じであるか、又はアミド又はアルキルシラジド(alkylsilazide)であり、
nは、1と同等である。]
の金属化合物との反応による、一般式(I)の金属カルバミン酸塩を製造する方法を提供する。
Claims (8)
- 前記アルキル基R1及びR2が、それぞれ炭素鎖中に2〜18個の炭素原子を含む請求項1に記載の金属カルバミン酸塩。
- 前記アルキル基R1及びR2が、それぞれ炭素鎖中に2〜7個の炭素原子を含む請求項1に記載の金属カルバミン酸塩。
- 前記アルキル基R1及びR2が、エチル基、プロピル基、ブチル基、2−メチルプロピル基、3−メチルブチル基、n−ペンチル基、2−メトキシエチル基、2−エトキシエチル基、及び2,2,2−トリフルオロエチル基からなる群から選択される請求項1に記載の金属カルバミン酸塩。
- 前記アルキル基が、ハロゲン原子を含む請求項1に記載の金属カルバミン酸塩。
- 前記アルキル基が、酸素原子を含む請求項1に記載の金属カルバミン酸塩。
- 請求項1に記載の一般式(I)の化合物と水との反応工程を含むトリレンジウレタンの製造方法。
