Description
Claims (8)
- トルクコンバータにおいて、
ハウジングが設けられており、
ロックアップクラッチが設けられており、該ロックアップクラッチが、半径方向内側部分と半径方向外側部分とを有する分割ピストンを有しており、
前記半径方向内側部分が、タービンハブに接触する内側半径方向脚部を有しており、
前記半径方向内側部分と前記半径方向外側部分とは、分割ピストンとして軸方向に移動することで、前記ロックアップクラッチが係合又は解離され、
ハウジングと半径方向外側部分とを結合する駆動プレートが設けられていることを特徴とする、トルクコンバータ。 - 駆動プレートがリベットを介してハウジングに結合されている、請求項1記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 半径方向内側部分と半径方向外側部分との間にシールが設けられている、請求項1又は2記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 半径方向外側部分が板ばねを用いて駆動プレートに結合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 駆動プレートが半径方向外側部分とハウジングとの間に配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 半径方向外側部分が、シールを用いて半径方向内側部分に結合された軸方向に延びたフランジを有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 半径方向内側部分がC字形であり、半径方向内側部分の外側半径方向脚部が軸方向フランジから間隙を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のトルクコンバータ。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のトルクコンバータを組み立てる方法において、
ロックアップクラッチのピストンの半径方向外側部分を駆動プレートに取り付け、
駆動プレートをリベットを介してハウジングに取り付け、
その後、ピストンの半径方向内側部分を半径方向外側部分に取り付ける、ロックアップクラッチを有するトルクコンバータを組み立てる方法。
