Claims (21)
- 放射線治療計画装置が行う方法であって、
取得した4次元画像を入力する段階と、
前記4次元画像において、対象とするボリュームの表面を表面メッシュに分割する段階と、
前記表面メッシュの変位及び前記対象とするボリューム内部で決定されるランドマークに基づき、前記4次元画像への変形場を計算する段階と、
計算された変形場に基づき、前記4次元画像のレジストレーションを行う段階と、
前記レジストレーションをなされた4次元画像に基づき、放射線治療計画を策定する段階と、を含み、
前記対象とするボリューム内部で決定されるランドマークは、自動血管ツリー抽出アルゴリズムを用いて決定される、
方法。 - 前記4次元画像は、4次元CT画像である、
請求項1の方法。 - 前記対象とするボリューム内部で決定されるランドマークは、テンプレートマッチングアルゴリズムを用いて決定される、
請求項1の方法。 - 前記対象とするボリューム内部で決定されるランドマークは、自動マーカ検出アルゴリズムにより検出されるマーカを使用して決定される、

前記レジストレーションをなされた4次元画像に基づき、線量分布を展開することを更に含む、
請求項1の方法。 - 前記線量分布は、少なくとも、標的領域に対する第1の線量及び1つ以上の他の対象とする領域に対する第2の線量を含む、
請求項5の方法。 - 前記表面メッシュ、前記ランドマーク又は前記4次元画像のレジストレーション、の1つ以上を表示する段階を更に含む、
請求項1の方法。 - 前記表面メッシュは、1つ以上の標的領域及び1つ以上の危険にさらされる器官を含む、
請求項1の方法。 - 取得した4次元画像を入力する手段と、
前記4次元画像において、対象とするボリュームの表面を表面メッシュに分割する手段と、

取得した4次元画像を入力する段階と、
前記4次元画像において、対象とするボリュームの表面を表面メッシュに分割する段階と、
前記表面メッシュの変動及び前記対象とするボリュームの内部で決定されるランドマークに基づき、前記4次元画像への変形場を計算する段階と、
計算された変形場に基づき、前記4次元画像のレジストレーションを行う段階と、
前記レジストレーションをなされた4次元画像に基づき、放射線治療を行うため、放射線治療計画を策定する段階と、を含み、
前記対象とするボリューム内部で決定されるランドマークは、自動血管ツリー抽出アルゴリズムを用いて決定される、
を含む方法。 - 前記4次元画像は、4次元CT画像である、

4次元画像は、前記分割された放射線治療の夫々について入力され、該4次元画像の入力に応答して、前記分割する段階、前記計算する段階、前記レジストレーションを行う段階及び前記放射線治療計画を策定する段階が実行されて、更新された放射線治療計画が策定されることを可能にする、
請求項17の方法。 - 前記放射線治療計画を策定する段階が前記分割された放射線治療の夫々について実行されること、又は、4次元画像が前記分割された放射線治療の夫々について入力され、該4次元画像の入力に応答して、前記分割する段階、前記計算する段階、前記レジストレーションを行う段階及び前記放射線治療計画を策定する段階が実行されることの何れを行うかは、分割された放射線治療の間隔、時間間隔、治療の結果、期待される治療の結果、又は利用者の裁量、のうちの1つによって決定される、
請求項18の方法。 - 請求項9乃至12の何れか一項に記載の放射線治療計画装置と共に使用されるユーザインターフェース装置であって、
4次元画像において、対象とするボリュームの表面を分割して得られた表面メッシュと前記対象とするボリュームの内部で決定されるランドマークとに基づき前記4次元画像のレジストレーションを行うことで策定される放射線治療計画を表示する手段を備える、
ユーザインターフェース装置。 - 前記表面メッシュに分割された4次元画像又は前記レジストレーションをなされた4次元画像を示す中間画像を表示する手段を更に含む、
請求項20のユーザインターフェース装置。
