Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念に記載されているジャンプスタート方法に関し、さらに本発明は、請求項9の上位概念に記載された、前記ジャンプスタートを実施するための装置に関する。
本発明の課題は、走行不能となった場所に電動自動車に充電するための電力網が存在しない場合に該電動自動車のジャンプスタートを行える方法および装置を提供することである。
Claims (11)
- ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(100)の車載電源網(100A)とジャンプスタートを受ける側の電気自動車(101)の車載電源網(101A)とを一時的に電気的に接続してジャンプスタートを行う方法であって、
両方の前記電気自動車(100,101)に充電装置として電圧変換器(1.7)が装備されている場合、前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(100)の中間回路バスバー(1.9)と、前記ジャンプスタートを受ける側の電気自動車(101)の直流電流バスバー(1.6)とを接続し、
前記ジャンプスタートの開始時に、前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(100)の充電状態を検出し、
前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(100)の充電状態に対して第1の閾値(S1)を設定し、
前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(100)の充電状態が前記第1の閾値(S1)を下回る場合、前記方法を遮断または終了する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(200)の車載電源網(200A)とジャンプスタートを受ける側の電気自動車(201)の車載電源網(201A)とを一時的に電気的に接続してジャンプスタートを行う方法であって、
両方の前記電気自動車(200,201)に充電装置としてインバータ(20)が装備されている場合、前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(200)の中間回路バスバーと、前記ジャンプスタートを受ける側の電気自動車(200A)の中間回路バスバーとを接続し、かつ、該ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(200)の車載電源網(200A)の配電網接続端(1.1)と該ジャンプスタートを受ける側の電気自動車(201)の車載電源網(201A)の配電網接続端とを接続し、
前記ジャンプスタートの開始時に、前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(200)の充電状態を検出し、
前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(200)の充電状態に対して第1の閾値(S1)を設定し、
前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(200)の充電状態が前記第1の閾値(S1)を下回る場合、前記方法を遮断または終了する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ジャンプスタートを受ける側の電気自動車(101,201)の充電状態を検出し、
前記ジャンプスタートを受ける側の電気自動車(101,201)の充電電力が過大にならないようにする、
請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 前記方法の開始時に、前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車の車載電源網の電圧値と、前記ジャンプスタートを受ける側の電気自動車の車載電源網の電圧値とを検出し、
前記ジャンプスタートを受ける側の電圧値が前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電圧値より高い場合、該ジャンプスタートを受ける側の車載電源網を昇圧変換動作で動作させる、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記方法の開始時に、前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車の車載電源網の電圧値と、前記ジャンプスタートを受ける側の電気自動車の車載電源網の電圧値とを検出し、
前記ジャンプスタートを受ける側の電圧値が前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電圧値より低い場合、該ジャンプスタートを行う側の車載電源網を降圧変換動作で動作させる、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(100,200)にレンジエクステンダ(102)が装備されている場合、前記充電状態に対して、前記第1の閾値(S1)より高い第2の閾値(S2)を設定し、
遅くとも、前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車の充電状態が前記第2の閾値(S2)を下回ったときに、該ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(100,200)のレンジエクステンダ(102)を始動させる、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記第1の閾値(S1)は可変である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1の閾値(S1)の値を、走行不能になった場所から最も直近の充電ステーションまでの距離に依存して選択する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 2つの電気自動車(100,101,200,201)間でジャンプスタートを行うための装置であって、
前記装置は、
・両電気自動車に使用される、逆極性接続保護されたコネクタ接続部と、
・前記ジャンプスタートが行われる時間にわたって両電気自動車を接続するための、逆極性接続保護された充電ケーブル(100.1,100.2,200.1,200.2)とを有し、
前記ジャンプスタートを行うために相互に接続された両電気自動車の各車載電源網(100A,101A,200A,201A)にそれぞれ、前記ジャンプスタートの過程を制御するための少なくとも1つの制御装置(100B,101B,200B,201B)が設けられており、
当該制御装置は、前記ジャンプスタートの開始時に、前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(100,200)の充電状態を検出し、
前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(100,200)の充電状態に対して第1の閾値(S1)を設定し、
前記ジャンプスタートを行う側の電気自動車(100,200)の充電状態が前記第1の閾値(S1)を下回る場合、前記方法を遮断または終了する、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記充電ケーブル(100.1,100.2,200.1,200.2)は、前記ジャンプスタートの過程のシーケンスを制御するためのインタフェース(SA,SB)を有する、請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記両電気自動車の前記制御装置(100B,101B,200B,201B)は前記充電ケーブル(100.1,100.2,200.1,200.2)のインタフェース(SA,SB)を介して相互に接続されており、前記ジャンプスタートの制御のために該インタフェースを介して相互に通信する、請求項9または10記載の装置。
