撹拌機および内部温度計を具えた2リットルの3つ口フラスコに、最初に、868gの脱イオン水、330gの、70000の平均分子量および3.8重量%の固形分含量を有するポリスチレンスルホン酸水溶液を入れた。反応温度は20〜25℃に保った。撹拌しながら、5.1gの3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェンを加えた。この溶液を30分間撹拌した。その後、0.03gの硫酸鉄(III)および9.5gの過硫酸ナトリウムを加え、この溶液をさらに24時間撹拌した。

実施例1から得た分散液b)の一部分を、スピンコーター(Chemat Technology KW−4A)を用いて、100rpmで5秒間、顕微鏡用スライド(26mm×26mm×1mm)の上に広げた。この試料を120℃で10分間乾燥した。その後、この顕微鏡用スライドの2つの対向するエッジを導電性の銀でコーティングした。この導電性の銀が乾燥した後、この2つの銀のストリップを接点に接続し、Keithley 199 マルチメーターを使用して表面抵抗率を測定した。この層の厚さを、Tencor Alpha Step 500 Surface Profilerを用いて測定した。表面抵抗率および層の厚さdを使用して、σ=1/(R□×d)に従って比電気伝導率σを求めた。この層の厚さは150nmであり、比電気伝導率は410S/cmであった。
3.1. 酸化された電極体の製造:
92Vまでアノード酸化されかつ170mm×5mmの寸法を有する多孔性アルミニウム箔(アノード箔)および200mm×5mmの寸法を有する多孔性アルミニウム箔(カソード箔)に、各々接点ワイヤを設け、次いで図3に示すように2つのセルロースセパレータ紙と一緒に巻き取り、粘着テープで固定した。10個のこれらの酸化された電極体を製造した。次いでこの酸化された電極体のセパレータ紙を300℃のオーブン中で炭化させた。
25℃でアンモニア水を加えることにより分散液A)−1(実施例1から得た)のpHを1.8の値に調整した。この酸化された電極体を、このようにして得た分散液の中で15分間含浸した。このあと、150℃で40分間乾燥した。含浸および乾燥をさらに2回実施した。
実施例1から得た分散液A)−2(pH=2)を使用して固体電解質を形成したことを除いて実施例3と同様にして、10個のコンデンサを製造し分析した。上記のようにして製造した10個のコンデンサの平均の電気値は、表1に見出すことができる。
ジメチルエタノールアミンを加えることにより、分散液A)−1(実施例1から得た)のpHを2.5の値に調整したことを除いて実施例3と同様にして、10個のコンデンサを製造し分析した。このようにして製造した10個のコンデンサの平均の電気値は、表1に見出すことができる。
アンモニア水を加えることにより、分散液A)−1(実施例1から得た)のpHを3の値に調整したことを除いて実施例3と同様にして、10個のコンデンサを製造し分析した。このようにして製造した10個のコンデンサの平均の電気値は、表1に見出すことができる。
アンモニア水を加えることにより、分散液A)−1(実施例1から得た)のpHを3.5の値に調整したことを除いて実施例3と同様にして、10個のコンデンサを製造し分析した。このようにして製造した10個のコンデンサの平均の電気値は、表1に見出すことができる。
分散液A)−1(実施例1から得た)のpHをアンモニア水を加えることによって上昇させることはせず、1.6という元の値で残したことを除いて実施例3と同様にして、10個のコンデンサを製造し分析した。このようにして製造した10個のコンデンサの平均の電気値は、表1に見出すことができる。
アンモニア水を加えることにより、分散液A)−1(実施例1から得た)のpHを4の値に調整したことを除いて実施例3と同様にして、10個のコンデンサを製造し分析した。このようにして製造した10個のコンデンサの平均の電気値は、表1に見出すことができる。
アンモニア水を加えることにより、分散液A)−1(実施例1から得た)のpHを5の値に調整したことを除いて実施例3と同様にして、10個のコンデンサを製造し分析した。このようにして製造した10個のコンデンサの平均の電気値は、表1に見出すことができる。
アンモニア水を加えることにより、分散液A)−1(実施例1から得た)のpHを7の値に調整したことを除いて実施例3と同様にして、10個のコンデンサを製造し分析した。このようにして製造した10個のコンデンサの平均の電気値は、表1に見出すことができる。
アンモニア水を加えることにより、分散液A)−1(実施例1から得た)のpHを10の値に調整したことを除いて実施例3と同様にして、10個のコンデンサを製造し分析した。このようにして製造した10個のコンデンサの平均の電気値は、表1に見出すことができる。
Claims (20)
- 電解コンデンサを製造するためのプロセスであって、少なくとも、
a)電極材料の多孔性電極体(2)および前記電極材料の表面を覆う誘電体(3)を少なくとも含む多孔質体の上に、電気伝導性ポリマーの粒子B)および分散剤D)を少なくとも含む分散液A)が付与され、
b)前記分散剤D)を少なくとも部分的に取り除くことにより、前記誘電体表面を部分的にまたは完全に覆う固体電解質(4)が形成されることを含み、
25℃で測定された前記分散液A)のpHは2以上3以下(ただし3を除く)であり、前記分散液A)中の前記電気伝導性ポリマーの粒子B)が1〜100nmの平均直径を有することを特徴とする、プロセス。 - 25℃で測定された前記分散液A)のpHが2以上2.8以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 乾燥状態にある分散液A)の粒子B)は100S/cmより大きい比電気伝導率を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記分散液A)中の前記電気伝導性ポリマーの粒子B)が1〜80nmの平均直径を有する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記分散液A)中の前記電気伝導性ポリマーの粒子B)が1〜50nmの平均直径を有する、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 前記分散液A)は、5000mg/kg未満の金属含有量を有する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 分散液A)中の前記粒子B)は、一般式(I)もしくは一般式(II)もしくは一般式(X)の繰り返し単位、または式(I)および(II)の繰り返し単位もしくは式(I)および(X)の繰り返し単位もしくは式(II)および(X)の繰り返し単位、または式(I)、(II)および(X)の繰り返し単位を有する少なくとも1つのポリチオフェン
(式中、
Aは任意に置換されたC1〜C5−アルキレンラジカルであり、
Rは、独立にH、直鎖状もしくは分枝状の、任意に置換されたC1〜C18−アルキルラジカル、任意に置換されたC5〜C12−シクロアルキルラジカル、任意に置換されたC6〜C14−アリールラジカル、任意に置換されたC7〜C18−アラルキルラジカル、任意に置換されたC1〜C4−ヒドロキシアルキルラジカルまたはヒドロキシルラジカルであり、
xは0〜8の整数であり、
複数のRラジカルがAに結合されている場合、それらは同じであってもよいし異なっていてもよい)
を含む、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。 - 分散液A)の中の前記電気伝導性ポリマーは任意に置換されたポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)である、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記粒子B)は、少なくとも1つの高分子アニオンをさらに含む、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記高分子アニオンは、高分子カルボン酸またはスルホン酸のアニオンである、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 前記分散液A)は、前記分散剤D)として、有機溶媒、水または有機溶媒および水の混合物を含む、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 分散液A)は、架橋剤および/または表面活性物質および/またはさらなる添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記電極体(2)の前記電極材料は、バルブ金属またはバルブ金属に匹敵する電気特性を有する化合物である、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 任意に置換されている電気伝導性のポリチオフェンを含む粒子と、分散剤とを少なくとも含む分散液であって、25℃で測定された前記分散液のpHは2以上3以下(ただし3を除く)であること、およびポリチオフェンを含む前記粒子は、乾燥状態で、100S/cmを超える比電気伝導率を有し、前記分散液中の前記電気伝導性ポリチオフェンの粒子が1〜100nmの平均直径を有することを特徴とする、分散液。
- 25℃で測定された前記分散液のpHが2以上2.8以下であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の分散液。
- 前記分散液中の前記電気伝導性ポリマーの粒子が1〜80nmの平均直径を有する、請求項14または請求項15に記載の分散液。
- 前記分散液中の前記電気伝導性ポリマーの粒子が1〜50nmの平均直径を有する、請求項16に記載の分散液。
- 請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載のプロセスによって製造される電解コンデンサ。
- 電子回路における、請求項18に記載の電解コンデンサの使用。
- 請求項18に記載の電解コンデンサを含む電子回路。
