- 導電性を有する薄膜を形成するためのレジネートペーストであって、
Auレジネートと、
M1/Auモル比が100/100〜300/100の範囲内の割合のPtおよびPdの少なくとも一方の金属M1のレジネートと、
Ce,Zr,Yの中から選択された少なくとも一種の金属M2のレジネートと
を、含むことを特徴とするレジネートペースト。 - Rhレジネートを更に含むものである請求項1のレジネートペースト。
- Bi,Ag,Cuの中から選択された少なくとも一種の金属M3のレジネートを更に含むものである請求項1または請求項2のレジネートペースト。
- M2/(Au+M1)モル比が2/100〜20/100の範囲内の割合である請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載のレジネートペースト。
