- キサンタンガムを含み、かつ、ガスボリュームが2.0〜3.3である炭酸飲料であって、
前記炭酸飲料における前記キサンタンガムの含有量が0.10〜0.40g/lである炭酸飲料。 - 前記炭酸飲料に対するキサンタンガムの含有量g/l(y)と、前記炭酸飲料中のガスボリューム(x)が、下記の式を満たす、請求項1に記載の炭酸飲料。

- Brixが10〜13である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の炭酸飲料。
