Description
ii)mg-KOH/g で示されるヒドロキシル基含有量の指標であるヒドロキシル価又はOH価;
iii)開環により異なる(すなわち、1級又は2級)ヒドロキシ基を形成するエポキシドを用いる場合、一方で、ポリエーテルポリオール中の各エポキシドの割合を記述し、他方で、ポリエーテルポリオール中に存在するヒドロキシ基の合計数に対する1級又は2級ヒドロキシ基の割合を記述する;
iv)ポリエーテルポリオールのポリオキシアルキレン鎖の長さの指標である分子量(Mn又はMw)。
a)ポリイソシアネートを、
b)
bi)少なくとも2個のイソシアネート反応性水素原子及び20〜100mg-KOH/gのOH価を有する化合物;及び
bii)少なくとも2個のイソシアネート反応性水素原子及び100〜800mg-KOH/gのOH価を有する化合物;及び
biii)少なくとも1個かつ最大2個のイソシアネート反応性水素原子及び100〜80mg-KOH/gのOH価を有する化合物
からなるポリオール混合物;並びに
c)発泡剤
(ただし、成分bi)及びbii)のそれぞれは、再生可能原料又はその反応生成物を含む少なくとも1種の化合物を含む)
を反応させることにより、再生可能原料に基づく連続気泡粘弾性軟質ポリウレタン発泡体を製造する方法に関する。
(a)3のヒドロキシル官能価、210〜255mg-KOH/gの範囲のOH価、及び90〜100質量%の範囲のPO(プロピレンオキシド)含有量を有するポリエーテルポリオール;
(b)2のヒドロキシル官能価、41〜71mg-KOH/gの範囲のOH価、及び90〜100質量%の範囲のPO含有量を有する、ポリオール出発分子が再生可能原料から誘導されたものではないポリエーテルポリオール;
(c)2のヒドロキシル官能価、92〜132mg-KOH/gの範囲のOH価、及び90〜100質量%の範囲のPO含有量を有するポリエーテルポリオール;並びに
(d)1分子あたり少なくとも1個の遊離OH基を有する少なくとも1種の再生可能原料。
A)本発明の上記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物;
B)ポリイソシアネート成分;
C)所望により、水、1種以上の触媒
を、場合により更なる助剤、充填剤及び/又は発泡剤を添加して、反応させる、粘弾性発泡体の製造方法により達成される。
で示されるポリイソシアネートを使用することができる。
上記のTDI及び割合が、粘弾性特性の観点から特に有利であることが分かっている。
ポリオール(a) 42重量部
ポリオール(b) 21重量部
ポリオール(c) 15重量部
ヒマシ油(d) 20重量部
ポリオール(e) 2重量部
に、1.36重量部の水を加え、以下の助剤
TegostabTM BF2370 0.60重量部
AddocatTM 108 触媒 0.155重量部
AddocatTM 105 触媒 0.50重量部
尿素 0.30重量部
を加え、ポリイソシアネート成分として、37.3重量部のDesmodurTM T65 を用いて、下記の物理的性質を有する本発明のポリウレタン発泡体を製造した:
嵩密度(DIN EN ISO 3386-1-98に準拠):58.5kgm−3
引張強さ(DIN EN ISO 1798に準拠): 59kPa
破断時伸び(DIN EN ISO 1798に準拠): 218%
圧縮硬さ40%(4回目負荷): 1.63kPa
圧縮硬さ40%(37℃、1回目負荷):2.26kPa
湿式圧縮永久歪み(DIN EN ISO 1856-96に準拠):
22時間;40℃;湿度95%: 6.9%
反発弾性: 4%
使用した尿素は、工業銘柄のものである。
Claims (5)
- (a)3のヒドロキシル官能価、210〜255mg-KOH/gの範囲のOH価、及び90〜100質量%の範囲のPO(プロピレンオキシド)含有量を有するポリエーテルポリオール;
(b)2のヒドロキシル官能価、41〜71mg-KOH/gの範囲のOH価、及び90〜100質量%の範囲のPO含有量を有する、ポリオール出発分子が再生可能原料から誘導されたものではないポリエーテルポリオール;
(c)2のヒドロキシル官能価、92〜132mg-KOH/gの範囲のOH価、及び90〜100質量%の範囲のPO含有量を有するポリエーテルポリオール;並びに
(d)ヒマシ油、ポリヒドロキシ脂肪酸、リシノール酸;ヒドロキシル基で変性された、ブドウ種子油、ブラッククミン種子油、かぼちゃ種子油、ルリヂサ種子油、大豆油、小麦胚芽油、菜種油、ヒマワリ油、ピーナツ油、アンズ油、ピスタチオ油、アーモンド油、オリーブ油、マカデミアナッツ油、アボカド油、サージ油、ゴマ油、***油、ヘーゼルナッツ油、月見草油、ローズヒップ油、ベニバナ油及びクルミ油;ミリストレイン酸、パルミトレイン酸、オレイン酸、バクセン酸、ペトロセリン酸、ガドレイン酸、エルカ酸、ネルボン酸、リノール酸及びリノレン酸、ステアリドン酸、アラキドン酸、ティムノドン酸、クルパノドン酸及びセルボン酸に基づくヒドロキシル基変性脂肪酸及び脂肪酸エステルから成る群から選択された、1分子あたり少なくとも1個の遊離OH基を有する少なくとも1種の再生可能原料
を含んでなる、粘弾性ポリウレタン発泡体を製造するためのポリエーテルポリオール組成物。 - 成分(d)の再生可能原料は、ヒマシ油並びに/若しくは部分的に及び/又は完全に水素化されたヒマシ油を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 2のヒドロキシル官能価、450〜550mg-KOH/gの範囲のOH価及び90〜100質量%の範囲のPO含有量を有するポリエーテルポリオールを更なる成分(e)として含む請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- A)請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリエーテルポリオール組成物と
B)ポリイソシアネート成分
を、反応させることを特徴とする粘弾性発泡体の製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載の製造方法により得られる粘弾性発泡体からなる成形品。
