Abstract
"FORROS DE TAPETES DE POLIURETANO DE ALTO DESEMPENHO CONTENDO POLIóIS DE óLEOS VEGETAIS MODIFICADOS". Forro de tapete para tapete residencial, comercial e recreativo que exibe uma ligação de tufos maior que 4,5 kg, ASTM D 1335, contém um produto de reação de poliuretano de um poliisocianato; um composto contendo hidrogênio ativo; e um produto de reação de poliol. O produto de reação de poliol é um produto de reação de um poliol e um óleo vegetal e contém menos que cerca de 50 por cento em peso de óleo vegetal que não reagiu. Preferivelmente, o óleo vegetal é selecionado de óleo de cóco, óleo de açafrão, óleo de canola, óleo de soja, óleo de semente de algodão e óleo de colza. Numa incorporação preferida, o óleo vegetal é expandido. Tipicamente, a quantidade de óleo vegetal que não reagiu no produto de reação de poliol é menor que cerca de 34 por cento em peso. O segmento rígido do produto de poliuretano resultante constitui pelo menos 20 por cento em peso do produto de reação de poliuretano. O forro de tapete da invenção pode ser usado como um pré-revestimento, uma revestimento laminado ou de espuma.
