Description
ろう付けされる部分だけにフラックスを塗布することによって、ろう付けされないアルミ表面が不要なフラックスにより腐食されるのを防ぐことが可能となる。
フッ化フラックスは粉末状であり、これは、塗布表面に塗り易くするために少なくとも別の1つの成分と混合しなければならない。
低い濃度のおかげで、フッ化フラックスの消費量が少なくてすむ。
粘度が低いので、機械とポンプの塗布を開始するサイクルが、大幅に、例えば、10分から15秒に、短縮される。
本発明のろう付け用フラックスは、合成樹脂材料を混合していないので、ポンプ負荷が小さく伸展性が良い。また、特に折り畳みチューブの内側は閉空間であるので、合成樹脂材料が混合されているフラックスを使用した場合には、ろう付け時に樹脂によるガスが閉空間に閉じ込められろう付けを阻害するが、本発明のろう付け用フラックスは、合成樹脂材料が混合されていないので、ろう付け時に樹脂によるガスが発生せず、ろう付け性を阻害することがない。
本発明の以上の観点または他の観点は以下に記述される具体例から明らかになり、また理解される。
一般的に、ろう材は、金属シートの内側および/または外側にメッキされた金属層から成る。図1および図2に示される具体例では、ろう材は、シートの内側すなわち第2のチューブ部分(22)の支持表面に優先的にメッキされている。
第1の具体例では、ろう付けが行われる接触部位Z上に直接、ろう付け用フラックスが拡げられ、処理され、または塗布される。
CAB (Controlled Atmosphere Brazing:制御雰囲気ろう付け)炉内で行われるろう付け工程では、ろう付け用フラックス(32)は接触部位Zへ動き、そのろう付け改善の通常機能を果たす。
有利には、フッ化フラックスの量は混合物に対して25wt%-65wt%の重量比を占めるとよい。
好ましくは、フッ化フラックスの量は混合物に対して38wt%の重量比にするとよい。
このろう付け用フラックスは、製造装置のロール方法により、リールからの無傷の金属シート上に連続的に堆積される。次に、金属シートは、チューブ独自の断面形状を形成するために工作機械で折畳まれ、個々のチューブを構成する部分に切断される。
こうして得られたチューブはアセンブリを構成するために、CAB炉内で一回のろう付け作業でフィンと接合される。

Claims (4)
- 第1チューブ部位(20)を接触域(Z)において第2チューブ部位(22)の支持表面に対して接触させ、また、ろう材とろう付け用フラックスを用いて前記接触域(Z)において前記第1(20)及び第2(22)のチューブ部位をろう付けする工程を備え、前記ろう付け用フラックスはヘキシレングリコール溶媒のフッ化フラックスの混合物から成ることを特徴とする熱交換器用折畳みチューブ(10)の製造方法。
- 前記第1チューブ部位(20)の先端部には、U字状に折り返して重ね合わせた折り曲 げ部(21)が構成され、この折り曲げ部(21)を介して、第1チューブ部位(20) を接触域(Z)において第2チューブ部位(22)の支持表面に対して接触させ、
前記ろう付け用フラックス(32)は、前記第1チューブ部位(20)の折り曲げ部( 21)の開放側において前記第2チューブ部位(22)の前記支持表面に塗布し、前記ろう材と前記ろう付け用フラックスを用いて前記第1チューブ部位(20)の折り曲げ部(21)の内面同士をろう付けする工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器用折畳みチューブ(10)の製造方法。 - 前記フッ化フラックスの量が前記混合物に対して25〜65wt%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器用折畳みチューブ(10)の製造方法。
- 前記フッ化フラックスの量が前記混合物に対して38wt%であることを特徴とする請求 項3記載の熱交換器用折畳みチューブ(10)の製造方法。
