Claims (3)
- 母体元素としてY、Zn、Al、Ba、Mg、Si、Gd、及びこれら元素の少なくとも2種の元素の組み合わせを含有する化合物と、付活剤元素としてLa、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、Bi、Mn、Sn、及びPbから選ばれた少なくとも1つの元素を含有する化合物と、ゲル化剤と、水とを混合して水溶液を調製した後にゲル状混合物を得、次いで得られたゲル状混合物に水を添加して水溶液とした後に再度ゲル化する工程を1回以上経てから、得られたゲル状混合物を酸化性雰囲気中で焼成して酸化物蛍光体を製造することを特徴とする酸化物蛍光体の製造方法。
- 前記付活剤元素が、前記母体元素の0.2〜4.0at%の範囲の割合で混合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸化物蛍光体の製造方法。 - 前記焼成が、900〜1450℃の温度範囲で行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の酸化物蛍光体の製造方法。
