Description
Claims (15)
- 進行方向変更可能なシステムであって、
回転可能な第1のハウジングと、
調節可能な継手によって前記第1のハウジングに連結された回転可能な第2のハウジングと、
使用中に回転しないよう保持されるカム部材と、
前記カム部材と協働可能であるカムフォロア手段と、を有し、
前記カムフォロア手段は、前記第2のハウジングを前記第1のハウジングに対して前記調整可能な継手を中心に駆動するように移動可能であり、
前記カムフォロア手段は、フォロアピストンを有し、前記フォロアピストンは、前記カム部材によって駆動され、前記駆動ピストンの移動を生じさせるように移動可能である、システム。 - 前記第1のハウジングと前記第2のハウジングは、前記第1のハウジングの回転が前記第2のハウジングに伝達されるように互いに連結される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 更に、前記第2のハウジングに対する前記第1のハウジングの回転を可能にするように作動可能なクラッチ機構を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記クラッチ機構は、噛合いクラッチを含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記カム部材は、前記第2のハウジングの向きの調整を可能にするように調整可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記カム部材は、スリーブに取付けられ、前記スリーブは、前記第1のハウジングの少なくとも一部分を包囲し、通常の使用中、回転しないように保持される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記スリーブは、スタビライザを有する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 更に、前記カム部材を前記スリーブに対して支持するように構成された球軸受を有する、請求項6又は7に記載のシステム。
- 更に、前記カム部材の位置を調整するために、前記カム部材を前記スリーブに対して移動させるように駆動する1つ又は2つ以上のリニアアクチュエータを有する、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記リニアアクチュエータは、電動式、電磁式又は液圧式である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記カム部材は、斜板の形態をなす、請求項6〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記フォロアピストンは、機械的利点を提供するように、前記駆動ピストンよりも小さい直径のものである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動ピストンの運動は、それに連結されたプッシュロッドによって前記第2のハウジングに伝達される、請求項1又は12に記載のシステム。
- 前記プッシュロッドは、それに対応する前記フォロアピストンのいくつかと整列する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載された種類の進行方向変更可能なシステムの第1のハウジングを駆動して回転させるように構成されたモータと、
前記進行方向変更可能なシステムの第2のハウジングに取付けられたドリルビットと、を有する、進行方向変更可能な掘削システム。
