Claims (17)
- 複数の第1、2電極板と、前記第1、2電極板の間にそれぞれ介在されるセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記第1電極板に備えられる第1電極タブ及び前記第2電極板に備えられる第2電極タブと、
前記電極組立体が内部に収納されて密封されるケースと、
前記ケースの外部に設けられ、前記第1、2電極タブと電気的に連結された第1、2外部電極リードと、を含み、
前記第1外部電極リードと前記第1電極タブは第1ボルトによって電気的に連結されるとともに、前記第2外部電極リードと前記第2電極タブは第2ボルトによって電気的に連結され、
前記ケースは、前記電極組立体が収納される内部空間を有する第1シートと、前記第1シートの縁部とシーリングされる第2シートとを有し、これら第1シート及び第2シートには、前記ボルトが貫通する第1、2貫通孔が互いに対応するように形成され、
前記第1ボルトは、前記第1外部電極リードと前記第1電極タブを貫通するように配置され、前記第2ボルトは、前記第2外部電極リードと前記第2電極タブを貫通するように配置され、これら第1、第2ボルトは前記ケースを貫通してナットにより締結され、
前記第1、2貫通孔の直径は前記ボルトの直径より大きく形成されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記ケースと前記第1、2電極タブの間にはシーリング層が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング層はテープであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング層は絶縁材質で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング層は両面テープであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング層は前記ケースの内側面にコーティングされたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング層は前記第1、2電極タブの最外側表面にコーティングされたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング層には、前記ボルトが貫通する貫通孔が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記貫通孔の直径は、前記ボルトの直径と同一であるかまたはそれより小さいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1、2電極タブには、それぞれ前記ボルトが貫通する貫通孔が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1、2外部電極リードには、前記ボルトが貫通する貫通孔が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1外部電極リードと前記第1電極タブは同一材質で形成され、前記第2外部電極リードと前記第2電極タブは同一材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ボルトは通常の六角、四角または丸頭ボルトのうち何れか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、前記第1電極板、セパレーター及び第2電極板が順に積層された積層型電極組立体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1、2電極タブは、前記第1、2電極板に互いに反対方向に向かって付着されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースはパウチ型ケースであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1、2外部電極リードは、前記ケースの内部空間の側面に直立状態で密着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
