Description
ピニオンにナットを装着するステップ、
ストップリングをナットの溝中に挿入するステップ、
ナットの軸方向フランジ付けするステップ、
高圧圧縮機シャフトの上流端部トラニオンに係合するステップ、
トラニオン内部にナットをネジ込み、当接するまでシャフト上の軸方向スラストを及ぼすステップ、
必要であれば、方法は圧縮機シャフトの端部部分の係合前にベベルギアを加熱するステップを含む。
圧縮機シャフトの端部トラニオンを軸方向固定するステップ、
ストップリングがピニオンに対して当接するまでナットのネジを緩めるステップ、
ナットの軸方向フランジ付けするステップ、
圧縮機シャフトの端部部分を完全に離合するまでナットのネジを緩め、ネジ付き部分を開放するためにシャフト上に軸方向スラストを及ぼすステップ。

Claims (10)
- シャフトと、軸受(14)と、軸受によって支持されたカップリング(18)とを含み、シャフトの端部トラニオン(10)が、カップリング(18)の内部に係合されて円筒状ナット(23)を用いてカップリング(18)に固定される、ガスタービンエンジンであって、ナット(23)が、トラニオン内部に収容されてカップリング(18)に対して第1方向で軸方向に当接し、トラニオン(10)が、ナット(23)上にネジ込まれると、ナット(23)の外側面上に形成された環状溝(23C)中に収容されたスロット付きストップリング(25)が、第1方向とは逆の方向でカップリング(18)に対して軸方向当接を形成し、ナット(23)のネジを緩めることによってカップリング(18)からトラニオン(10)の取り外しが可能であり、スロット付きストップリング(25)の厚さが、ナット(23)とカップリング(18)との間に形成される放射状空間よりも小さく、トラニオン(10)が、スロット付きストップリング(25)を溝(23C)中に保持するように該ストップリングを覆う円筒状端部部分(10A)を含んでいる、前記エンジン。
- スロット付きストップリング(25)がカップリングの軸方向当接表面に対して当接しているとき、該スロット付きストップリングの拡張を防止するように、カップリング(18)の軸方向当接の面(18A1)側上のスロット付きストップリング(25)の面(25A)と、カップリング(18)の軸方向当接の面(18A1)とが、面取りによって形成されている、請求項1に記載のエンジン。
- スロット付きストップリング(25)が、カップリング(18)の軸方向当接の面(18A1)を向いた側の反対側に位置決め部を形成する円筒状延在部中のフランジ(25B)を含み、リングの取り外しを容易にする、請求項2に記載のエンジン。
- カップリング(18)が、エンジンの補助装置を駆動するための機械的出力取り出しベベルピニオン(19)の部分である、請求項1に記載のエンジン。
- トラニオンが、2軸エンジンにおける高圧圧縮機の端部にある、請求項4に記載のエンジン。
- 圧縮機のトラニオン(10)がベベルピニオンのカップリング(18)の内部に収縮嵌合される、請求項5に記載のエンジン。
- ピニオンのカップリング(18)中にナット(23)を装着するステップと、ナットの溝(23C)中にストップリング(25)を挿入するステップと、ナット(23)を軸方向に関して固定するステップと、圧縮機のトラニオン(10)を係合するステップと、トラニオン上に当接するまで上流軸方向スラスト(Pam)を及ぼしながら、ナット(23)をトラニオン(10)内部にネジ込むステップと、を含む、請求項6に記載のエンジンの前記軸受(14)に高圧圧縮機の上流端部トラニオン(10)を装着する方法。
- 圧縮機シャフトの端部トラニオンを係合する前にベベルギアのカップリングを加熱するステップを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ナットロック(27)の装着を含む、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 圧縮機の端部トラニオン(10)を軸方向に固定する(BA)ステップと、ストップリング(25)がピニオンのカップリング(18)に当接するまでナット(23)のネジを緩めるステップと、ナットを軸方向に関して固定する(B1、B2)ステップと、圧縮機の端部トラニオン(10)の軸方向の固定を解除した後、端部トラニオンの後方(Parr)に軸方向スラストを及ぼしながら、圧縮機の端部トラニオンが完全に分離するまでナットのネジを緩めるステップと、を含む、請求項7に記載の装着後に、請求項6に記載のエンジンの前記軸受(14)から圧縮機のトラニオン(10)を取り外す方法。
