Claims (5)
- 作業装置と、この作業装置を駆動する油圧アクチュエータと、この油圧アクチュエータを作動させる圧油を供給する可変容量油圧ポンプと、この可変容量油圧ポンプから上記油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する方向制御弁と、この方向制御弁を切り換え操作する操作装置と、上記方向制御弁を切り換えるパイット圧を供給するパイロットポンプと、上記方向制御弁と上記油圧アクチュエータとの間に設けられ、最大回路圧を規定する電磁可変リリーフバルブとを有する油圧作業機に設けられ、
回路圧を検出する圧力センサと、この圧力センサから出力される回路圧が上記油圧アクチュエータの要求圧力となるように調整する調整部と、この調整部から出力される調整信号に応じて、上記電磁可変リリーフバルブのリリーフ圧を制御する制御信号を出力するコントローラと、このコントローラから出力される表示信号に応じて、上記圧力センサから出力される回路圧と上記油圧アクチュエータの要求圧力との関係を表示する表示部と、上記電磁可変リリーフバルブの制御開始を指示する開始指示部とを備えた油圧作業機のリリーフ圧制御装置において、
上記方向制御弁と上記油圧アクチュエータとを連絡する主管路の上記電磁可変リリーフバルブが接続される管路部位と、上記油圧アクチュエータとの間に位置する管路部分に、この管路部分を開閉するストップバルブを備えたことを特徴とする油圧作業機のリリーフ圧制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の油圧作業機のリリーフ圧制御装置において、
上記ストップバルブが、手動操作式バルブから成ることを特徴とする油圧作業機のリリーフ圧制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の油圧作業機のリリーフ圧制御装置において、
上記ストップバルブが、上記コントローラから出力される制御信号に応じて作動する電磁バルブから成ることを特徴とする油圧作業機のリリーフ圧制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の油圧作業機のリリーフ圧制御装置において、
上記操作装置が、操作量に応じた電気信号を上記コントローラに出力する電気式操作装置から成り、
上記調整部が上記コントローラに含まれるものから成り、
上記方向制御弁の制御部と上記パイロットポンプとの間に配置され、上記電気式操作装置から出力される操作信号に応じて上記コントローラから出力される制御信号によって制御される比例電磁弁を備え、
上記コントローラは、上記開始指示部によってリリーフ圧の制御開始が指示されたときに、電磁バルブから成る上記ストップバルブを閉位置に保つ信号を出力し、上記比例電磁弁を作動させる信号を出力するとともに、上記調整部から調整信号を出力させて上記電磁可変リリーフバルブを制御するリリーフ圧自動制御を行うものから成ることを特徴とする油圧作業機のリリーフ圧制御装置。 - 請求項1項に記載の油圧作業機のリリーフ圧制御装置において、
上記操作装置が、上記方向制御弁の制御部に接続される直動式操作装置から成ることを特徴とする油圧作業機のリリーフ圧制御装置。
