Description
内部を上記ワークに対応する容積の加熱空間とするろう付けチャンバと、
上記加熱空間に収容される上記ワークを、輻射熱で加熱する複数の加熱源を備える輻射加熱手段と、
上記加熱空間に加熱した不活性ガスを流通させて、上記ワークを対流熱で加熱する対流加熱手段と、
上記複数の加熱源の作動および上記不活性ガスの流通を制御する制御手段を備え、
上記輻射加熱手段は、上記ワークの対向する二面をそれぞれ複数の領域に分けて、各領域に対応させて上記複数の加熱源を設置する一方、各加熱源を上記制御手段にて独立に制御可能とし、
上記対流加熱手段は、上記複数の加熱源により生じる上記ワークの温度差を緩和するように、上記不活性ガスを対流循環させるとともに、
上記制御手段は、上記不活性ガスを上記ワークのろう付け温度近傍の一定温度とし、上記複数の加熱源を、温度検出手段により検出される上記ワークの各領域の温度に基づいて、隣り合う上記領域の温度差が小さくなるようにフィードバック制御することを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- ワークの構成部材をろう接するためのろう付け装置であって、
内部を上記ワークに対応する容積の加熱空間とするろう付けチャンバと、
上記加熱空間に収容される上記ワークを、輻射熱で加熱する複数の加熱源を備える輻射加熱手段と、
上記加熱空間に加熱した不活性ガスを流通させて、上記ワークを対流熱で加熱する対流加熱手段と、
上記複数の加熱源の作動および上記不活性ガスの流通を制御する制御手段を備え、
上記輻射加熱手段は、上記ワークの対向する二面をそれぞれ複数の領域に分けて、各領域に対応させて上記複数の加熱源を設置する一方、各加熱源を上記制御手段にて独立に制御可能とし、
上記対流加熱手段は、上記複数の加熱源により生じる上記ワークの温度差を緩和するように、上記不活性ガスを対流循環させるとともに、
上記制御手段は、上記不活性ガスを上記ワークのろう付け温度近傍の所定温度とし、上記複数の加熱源を、温度検出手段により検出される上記ワークの各領域の温度に基づいて、隣り合う上記領域の温度差が小さくなるようにフィードバック制御することを特徴とするろう付け装置。 - 上記ワークが扁平な形状であり、より受熱面積の大きい面を上記対向する二面として、上記複数の加熱源に対向配置させる請求項1記載のろう付け装置。
- 上記複数の加熱源を近赤外線ヒータとして、近赤外線透過性材料で構成した上記ろう付けチャンバの対向する二面に近接配置する請求項1または2記載のろう付け装置。
- 上記ろう付けチャンバの他の対向する二面に、上記不活性ガスの導入口および排出口を設ける請求項3記載のろう付け装置。
- 上記複数の加熱源を、上記ワークの上記対向する二面にそれぞれ4個以上設置する請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のろう付け装置。
- 上記ワークは、アルミニウム製の熱交換器である請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のろう付け装置。
