Description
また、上記目的を達成するための、請求項3にかかる発明の要旨とするところは、(a)第1軸心上に配置されている、第1電動機のロータ軸、遊星歯車装置から成る動力分配機構、およびその動力分配機構の出力部材として機能する出力ギヤ軸と、第2軸心上に配置されているカウンタ軸と、第3軸心上に配置されている、第2電動機のロータ軸および動力伝達軸と、第4軸心上に配置されているデフギヤとが、複数のケース部材から成るケーシングによって回転可能に支持されているハイブリッド車両用駆動装置であって、(b)前記出力ギヤ軸と、前記動力伝達軸と、前記カウンタ軸と、前記デフギヤと、前記第1電動機のロータ軸と、前記第2電動機のロータ軸とが、共通のケース部材で支持され、(c)前記出力ギヤ軸は、前記第1電動機側の端部において、内周側から軸受を介して前記ケース部材に支持されていることを特徴とする。
また、好適には、(a)前記カウンタ軸を支持する軸受が共通の前記ケース部材に外輪圧入され、前記第1電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受が該ケース部材に外輪圧入され、前記第2電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受が該ケース部材に外輪圧入されており、(b)異なる回転軸心に配置されている、前記カウンタ軸を支持する軸受と、前記第1電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受と、前記第2電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受とが、径方向において重複する。このようにすれば、前記カウンタ軸を支持する軸受、前記第1電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受、および前記第2電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受を前記ケース部材に外輪圧入するに際して、各軸受が外輪圧入される前記ケース部材が略平面形状となるので、各軸受の外輪圧入時の圧入荷重に対する剛性が高くなり、圧入により変形しようとしても、各軸受の剛性により変形量を小さく出来、かつ圧入を考慮してケース剛性をあらかじめ高くする部位を少なくすることが可能である。よって剛性アップのための余計な肉をつける必要がないため、軽量化をしつつ各回転軸の支持精度を高めることもできる。

- 第1軸心上に配置されている、第1電動機のロータ軸、遊星歯車装置から成る動力分配機構、および該動力分配機構の出力部材として機能する出力ギヤ軸と、第2軸心上に配置されているカウンタ軸と、第3軸心上に配置されている、第2電動機のロータ軸および動力伝達軸と、第4軸心上に配置されているデフギヤとが、複数のケース部材から成るケーシングによって回転可能に支持されているハイブリッド車両用駆動装置であって、
前記動力分配機構は、前記出力ギヤ軸の内周側に形成され、
前記出力ギヤ軸と、前記動力伝達軸と、前記カウンタ軸と、前記デフギヤと、前記第1電動機のロータ軸と、前記第2電動機のロータ軸とが、共通のケース部材で支持されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 第1軸心上に配置されている、第1電動機のロータ軸、遊星歯車装置から成る動力分配機構、および該動力分配機構の出力部材として機能する出力ギヤ軸と、第2軸心上に配置されているカウンタ軸と、第3軸心上に配置されている、第2電動機のロータ軸および動力伝達軸と、第4軸心上に配置されているデフギヤとが、複数のケース部材から成るケーシングによって回転可能に支持されているハイブリッド車両用駆動装置であって、
前記出力ギヤ軸と、前記動力伝達軸と、前記カウンタ軸と、前記デフギヤと、前記第1電動機のロータ軸と、前記第2電動機のロータ軸とが、共通のケース部材で支持され、
前記出力ギヤ軸の内周側であって、前記出力ギヤ軸と径方向に重複する領域に前記ケース部材の一部が形成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 第1軸心上に配置されている、第1電動機のロータ軸、遊星歯車装置から成る動力分配機構、および該動力分配機構の出力部材として機能する出力ギヤ軸と、第2軸心上に配置されているカウンタ軸と、第3軸心上に配置されている、第2電動機のロータ軸および動力伝達軸と、第4軸心上に配置されているデフギヤとが、複数のケース部材から成るケーシングによって回転可能に支持されているハイブリッド車両用駆動装置であって、
前記出力ギヤ軸と、前記動力伝達軸と、前記カウンタ軸と、前記デフギヤと、前記第1電動機のロータ軸と、前記第2電動機のロータ軸とが、共通のケース部材で支持され、
前記出力ギヤ軸は、前記第1電動機側の端部において、内周側から軸受を介して前記ケース部材に支持されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記カウンタ軸を支持する軸受が共通の前記ケース部材に外輪圧入され、前記第1電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受が該ケース部材に外輪圧入され、前記第2電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受が該ケース部材に外輪圧入されており、
異なる回転軸心に配置されている、前記カウンタ軸を支持する軸受と、前記第1電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受と、前記第2電動機のロータ軸を支持する軸受とが、径方向において重複することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 異なる回転軸心に配置されている、前記出力ギヤ軸を支持する軸受、前記動力伝達軸を支持する軸受、前記カウンタ軸を支持する軸受、前記デフギヤを支持する軸受のうち、少なくとも2つが径方向において重複することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
