Description
Claims (2)
- 容器の内部に作動流体を供給するとともに、その容器の内部に設けられたマイクロチャンネル部で前記作動流体を蒸気化させてその蒸気を前記容器の外部に流出させるマイクロループヒートパイプ用蒸発器において、
前記容器が薄板状の中空体として形成され、
その容器の内部に、該容器の厚さ方向で互いに対向する二つの内面に接合されるとともに前記容器の内部の縦横寸法より小さい縦横寸法に形成されて前記容器の内部を少なくとも二つの領域に区画する多孔質部材からなる隔壁部が設けられ、
その一方の領域に、前記作動流体を流入させる流入口が開口して設けられて該一方の領域が前記作動流体を貯留するリザーバ部とされ、かつ
他方の領域の内部に、前記マイクロチャンネル部と、そのマイクロチャンネル部を形成している細溝部が連通するヘッダ部とが形成され、
そのヘッダ部に前記蒸気を前記容器から流出させる流出口が開口して設けられており、
前記隔壁部は前記流出口側に偏在している
ことを特徴とするマイクロループヒートパイプ用蒸発器。 - 前記マイクロチャンネルは前記多孔質部材から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロループヒートパイプ用蒸発器。
