Description
Claims (6)
- 熱媒によって温度制御される反応槽と、前記熱媒を温流体との間接熱交換により加熱する熱媒加熱部と、前記熱媒を冷流体との間接熱交換により冷却する熱媒冷却部と、前記反応槽、熱媒加熱部及び熱媒冷却部に熱媒を循環させる循環ポンプ及び経路とを備えた熱媒加熱冷却装置において、前記熱媒加熱部を迂回するバイパス経路を設けるとともに、前記熱媒の流れを熱媒加熱部とバイパス経路とに切り換える切換弁を設け、
反応槽の現在温度を測定する反応槽温度測定手段と、反応槽に供給される熱媒の温度を測定する熱媒温度測定手段と、反応槽の目標温度を設定する目標温度設定手段と、前記現在温度と前記目標温度との差の許容範囲を安定温度幅として設定する安定温度幅設定手段と、前記現在温度と前記目標温度との差が前記安定温度幅の範囲内にあるときに冷却制御と加熱制御との切り換えを行う制御切換温度を設定する制御切換温度設定手段と、前記現在温度と前記目標温度との温度差が前記安定温度幅の範囲内にあるか否かを判定する安定温度判定手段と、前記温度差が前記安定温度幅の範囲内にあるときに前記目標温度と前記制御切換温度とを比較して前記安定温度範囲幅内で加熱制御又は冷却制御のいずれかを実施するか判定する第1判定手段と、前記温度差が前記安定温度幅の範囲内にないときに前記目標温度と前記現在温度とを比較して前記目標温度に向けて加熱制御又は冷却制御のいずれかを実施するか判定する第2判定手段と、前記第1判定手段又は第2判定手段の判定結果が加熱制御であるときに前記熱媒加熱部を作動させて前記熱媒を加熱する加熱制御部と、前記第1判定手段又は第2判定手段の判定結果が冷却制御であるときに前記熱媒冷却部を作動させて前記熱媒を冷却する冷却制御部とを備えていることを特徴とする熱媒加熱冷却装置。 - 前記切換弁は、装置異常発生時には、熱媒の流れをバイパス経路に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱媒加熱冷却装置。
- 前記熱媒温度測定手段が二対式温度検出器であって、検出温度信号が前記加熱制御部及び前記冷却制御部にそれぞれ出力されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の熱媒加熱冷却装置。
- 前記反応槽温度測定手段は、該反応槽内の温度、該反応槽の温度調整部に導入される前記熱媒の温度、該反応槽の温度調整部から導出される前記熱媒の温度の少なくともいずれか一つの温度を測定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の熱媒加熱冷却装置。
- 前記切換弁は、前記冷却制御部が前記熱媒を冷却制御しているときには、熱媒の流れをバイパス経路に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の熱媒加熱冷却装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の熱媒加熱冷却装置における熱媒の温度を制御する方法であって、反応槽の現在温度と反応槽の目標温度との温度差があらかじめ設定された安定温度幅の範囲内にあるときには、前記目標温度とあらかじめ設定された制御切換温度とを比較して前記安定温度範囲幅内で加熱制御又は冷却制御のいずれかを実施し、反応槽の現在温度と反応槽の目標温度との温度差があらかじめ設定された安定温度幅の範囲内にないときには、前記目標温度と前記現在温度とを比較して前記目標温度に向けて加熱制御又は冷却制御のいずれかを実施することを特徴とする熱媒加熱冷却装置における熱媒温度制御方法。
