Description
(1−(測定比重(g/cm3)÷真比重(g/cm3)))×100をいう。
第1工程
まず、プレス成形型の底に焼結体である切れ刃部13を載置する。本焼結体材質は超硬合金等の高靭性な高硬度材料が望ましい。
第1工程にて載置された切れ刃部13の上部に支持部14の構成材料である、セラミックス粒子である粉末アルミナ(Al2O3)と、粉末銀ローを主成分としたロー材を混錬し、充填する。
第2工程の状態において所定の圧力でプレスし、切れ刃部13と支持部14を一体で成形する。
その後、所定の温度および圧力条件にて焼成が行なわれる。この時、支持部14の主な構成材料である粉末銀ローを主成分とするロー材が溶融し載置された切れ刃部13の上面に流れ、ロー付け接合される。これによって切れ刃部13は支持部14の構成材料の主成分である銀ローと結合されるため、接合面での界面剥離等の問題は起きにくい。また同時に支持部では粉末銀ローが溶融しセラミックス粒子であるアルミナ(Al2O3)と接着し、支持部14を形成する。これで切削刃具11は完成される。
Claims (14)
- 高靭性な高硬度の焼結材料で薄板状に形成された切れ刃部と、
工作物との接触による摩耗が前記切れ刃部より多い、セラミックス粒子を銀ロー材で結合した材質で形成され、前記切れ刃部を該切れ刃部のすくい面の裏面側で固着し支持する支持部と、
を備えることを特徴とする切削刃具。 - 請求項1において、前記切れ刃部の厚さが0.2mm〜2mmであることを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 請求項1または請求項2において、前記支持部は前記セラミックス粒子を前記銀ロー材で結合した脆性材料で形成され、当該脆性材料は、粒度が#400〜#1200で気孔率が30%以下であることを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 請求項3において、前記脆性材料は前記銀ロー材と前記セラミックス粒子との混合焼結体であることを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項において、前記切れ刃部をロー材で前記支持部材にロー付けすることを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項において、前記切れ刃部の切れ刃形状は工作物の被工作形状と一致した形状に加工されることを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 請求項1において、前記切れ刃部は、前記支持部から0.002mm〜0.1mm突設されていることを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 請求項7に記載の切削刃具の成形方法において、前記支持部の先端面を除去加工して、0.002mm〜0.1mmの突設部を維持することを特徴とする切削刃具の成形方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項において、前記切れ刃部の両面もしくは片面にラップ仕上げ加工を施すことを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項において、前記切れ刃部は工作物と接触する面に硬質膜が形成されていることを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の切削刃具であって、回転駆動される切削工具本体の円周上に固定されることを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の切削刃具であって、該切削刃具が取付け部に着脱可能に固定されることを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか1項において、前記切削刃具は、該切削刃具が使用される加工装置の機上で切れ刃部の刃先の成形加工がされることを特徴とする切削刃具。
- 型の下面に高靭性な高硬度の焼結材料で薄板状に形成された切れ刃部を載置し、
前記型内の前記切れ刃部上にセラミックス粒子と銀ロー材との混合物を充填してプレスし、前記プレスされた混合物を焼結して、溶融した前記銀ロー材によって前記セラミックス粒子同士を結合し支持部を形成するとともに、前記溶融した銀ロー材によって前記支持部と前記切れ刃部とをロー付けすることを特徴とする切削刃具の製造方法。
