Description
Claims (9)
- 第1のチャンバ(56)及び第2のチャンバ(58)を有する流体アクチュエータ(30c)と、
第1の方向における流体アクチュエータの動きを容易にするよう加圧流体が第1のチャンバ内に流れることができる第1の位置と、加圧流体が第1のチャンバ内に流れるのが阻止される第2の位置との間で移動可能な弁体を有する第1の流量制御弁(32)と、
第1の方向における流体アクチュエータの動きを容易にするよう流体が第2のチャンバから流れることができる第1の位置と、流体が第2のチャンバから流れるのが阻止される第2の位置との間で移動可能な弁体を有する第2の流量制御弁(38)と、
流体アクチュエータに結合され、かつ流体アクチュエータの負荷を示す負荷信号を生成するよう構成された、少なくとも1つの流体センサ(40、42)と、
流体アクチュエータのオペレータ所望速度を示す所望の速度信号を生成するよう可動であるオペレータインターフェース装置(22)と、
第1の及び第2の流量制御弁、少なくとも1つの流体センサ、及びオペレータインターフェース装置と連通している制御装置(48)と
を備えた、油圧制御システム(24)であって、
前記流体アクチュエータ(30c)が負荷を受けた際、制御装置が、前記流体アクチュエータ(30c)の加速度に基づいて、速度が所望の速度に到達するように、前記第1の流量制御弁(32)を開閉し、前記第2のチャンバ内の圧力に基づいて、前記第2のチャンバ内の圧力が所望の圧力になるように、前記第2の流量制御弁を開閉して流体源(28)からの圧力を制御するよう構成された、油圧制御システム(24)。 - 制御装置が、
負荷信号に基づいて油圧エネルギの回生が可能かどうか判断し、
オペレータインターフェース装置の位置に基づいてある量の回生を実施し、
回生量及び所望の速度信号に基づいて前記流体源(28)の出力を調節するように、
さらに構成された請求項1に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 少なくとも1つの流体センサが、第1のチャンバに結合された第1の圧力センサ(40)であり、
油圧制御システムが、第2のチャンバに結合された第2の圧力センサ(42)をさらに含み、
制御装置が、第1のチャンバ内の圧力が所定値未満まで減少した場合には、抵抗モードから過速モードに動作モードを変更する制御を実施するようさらに構成された請求項1に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 抵抗モードと過速モードとの間の移行において、動作モードの変更は、
第1チャンバ内の圧力が前記所定値に達した後に、負荷信号に基づいて第2のチャンバ内の圧力が増加できるようにすることと、
第2のチャンバ内の圧力が第2の前記所定値に達するまで、第1のチャンバ内の圧力を所定値に維持することと、
第2のチャンバ内の圧力が第2の前記所定値に達した後に、第1のチャンバ内の圧力が所定値未満まで減少できるようにすることと、
第1のチャンバ内の圧力が最小の前記所定値に達するまで、第2のチャンバ内の圧力を第2の所定値に維持することと、
第1のチャンバ内の圧力が最小の前記所定値に達した後に、負荷信号に基づいて第2のチャンバ内の圧力が第2の前記所定値を超えることができるようにすることと
を含む請求項3に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 油圧制御システム(24)を操作する方法であって、
第1の方向における流体アクチュエータの動きを容易にするよう油圧アクチュエータ(30c)の第1のチャンバ(56)内への加圧流体を流量制御することと、
第1の方向における流体アクチュエータの動きを容易にするよう油圧アクチュエータの第2のチャンバ(58)からの流体を流量制御することと、
流体アクチュエータの負荷を感知し、負荷を示す負荷信号を生成することと、
流体アクチュエータのオペレータ所望速度を示す所望の速度信号を受信することと、
前記所望の速度信号に基づいて第1のチャンバ内への流体を流量制御することと、
負荷が増えたことを負荷信号が示し、第2のチャンバ内の圧力が、所定の圧力を超えた場合に、前記第2のチャンバからの流体の流量を増やすこと、
を含む方法。 - 負荷信号に基づいて油圧エネルギの回生が可能かどうか判断することと、
所望の速度信号に基づいてある量の回生を実施することと、
回生量及び所望の速度信号に基づいて流体源(28)の出力を調節することとをさらに含む請求項5に記載の方法。 - 負荷を感知することが、第1のチャンバ内の圧力及び第2のチャンバ内の圧力を感知することを含み、方法が、第1のチャンバ内の圧力が所定値未満まで減少した場合に抵抗モードから過速モードに動作モードを変更することをさらに含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 抵抗モードと過速モードとの間の移行において、動作モードの変更は、
第1のチャンバ内の圧力が前記所定値に達した後に、負荷信号に基づいて第2のチャンバ内の圧力が増加できるようにすることと、
第2のチャンバ内の圧力が第2の前記所定値に達するまで、第1のチャンバ内の圧力を所定値に維持することと、
第2のチャンバ内の圧力が第2の前記所定値に達した後に、第1のチャンバ内の圧力が所定値未満まで減少できるようにすることと、
第1のチャンバ内の圧力が最小の前記所定値に達するまで、第2のチャンバ内の圧力を第2の所定値に維持することと、
第1のチャンバ内の圧力が最小の前記所定値に達した後に、負荷信号に基づいて第2のチャンバ内の圧力が第2の前記所定値を超えることができるようにすることと
を含む請求項7に記載の方法。 - 動力源(18)と、
作業工具(14)と、
動力源に動作可能に接続され、かつ作業工具の動きに影響を及ぼすよう構成された、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の油圧制御システム(24)と
を備えた、作業機械(10)。
