Description
Claims (10)
- 作業機械(10、70)に付属する2つ以上のアクチュエータ(84)のそれぞれに対する液圧流体の流量を制御する液圧弁作動指令を提供するための作業機械の制御器(50)であって、
2つ以上のアクチュエータ(84)を制御する操作者の指令を受け取る制御入力部(102)と、
操作者の指令を第1および第2弁制御指令(104)に翻訳する翻訳モジュール(103)と、
対応する第1および第2の調整された弁指令(108)を生成するために第1および第2弁制御指令(104)を調整する均衡化モジュール(106)であり、この場合、最大利用可能流量(303)が第1および第2弁制御指令(104)に応じるには不十分で、かつ、最大利用可能流量(303)と第2弁制御指令に対応する流量との間の差異が、第1弁制御指令に対応する流量より小さい時には、第1の調整された弁指令が、第1弁制御指令および作業機械のエンジン速度のしきい値関数(304)の小さい方である、均衡化モジュール(106)と、
を含む制御器(50)。 - 第1弁制御指令がしきい値関数(304)を超過し、かつ、最大利用可能流量(303)と第2弁制御指令に対応する流量との間の差異が、しきい値関数(304)より小さい時には、第1の調整された弁指令がしきい値関数(304)上の点に対応する、請求項1に記載の制御器(50)。
- 最大利用可能流量(303)と第2弁制御指令に対応する流量との間の差異が、第1の調整された弁指令に対応する流量より大きい時には、第1の調整された弁指令が第1弁制御指令に合致する、請求項1に記載の制御器(50)。
- 調整された弁指令(108)の精度を改善するために、システムセンサーのデータ(105)に応答して調整された弁指令(108)を修正する閉ループの変換モジュール(109)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の制御器(50)。
- 操作者の指令が1つ以上の操作者作動制御装置(22、24)から発せられる、請求項1に記載の制御器(50)。
- 1つ以上の操作者作動制御装置(22、24)がペダル制御装置(24)および多軸操作者インターフェース装置(22)を含む、請求項5に記載の制御器(50)。
