Claims (8)
- 多段増幅器であって、
1/4波長線路又は1/4波長線路の等価回路によって出力が互いに接続された2つのトランジスタ増幅器(201, 202; 501, 502; 801, 802)を有し、出力ノードに接続された第1のブランチと、
前記出力ノードに出力が接続された少なくとも1つのさらなるトランジスタ増幅器(203; 503; 803, 804)と、前記さらなるトランジスタ増幅器と前記出力ノードとの間に接続された部分波長線路又は該部分波長線路の等価回路とを有する第2のブランチとを有し、
前記第1のブランチ内の前記2つのトランジスタ増幅器(201; 502; 802)の少なくとも1つと前記第2のブランチ内の前記少なくとも1つのさらなるトランジスタ増幅器(203; 503; 804)との間でChireix作用が生じるように構成され、
前記第1のブランチの前記2つのトランジスタ増幅器が、
出力が部分波長線路によって前記出力ノードに接続された内側トランジスタ増幅器(802)と、
出力が前記内側トランジスタ増幅器(802)に前記1/4波長線路又は前記1/4波長線路の等価回路によって接続された外側トランジスタ増幅器(801)とを有し、
前記第2のブランチが、
前記部分波長線路によって前記出力ノードに接続された前記さらなるトランジスタ増幅器を有する内側トランジスタ増幅器(804)と、
出力が前記内側トランジスタ増幅器の出力に第2の1/4波長線路又は第2の1/4波長線路の等価回路によって接続された外側トランジスタ増幅器(803)とを有することを特徴とする多段増幅器。 - 前記部分波長線路の長さ又は等価長さの合計が0.5波長であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多段増幅器。
- 3以上のブランチを有し、3番目以降のブランチの各々が、部分波長線路又は該部分波長線路の等価回路によって出力が前記出力ノードに接続される少なくとも1つのトランジスタ増幅器を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多段増幅器。
- Chireix作用を有する少なくとも2つのトランジスタ増幅器ペアを有し、前記トランジスタ増幅器ペアの各々が、前記多段増幅器のダイナミックレンジの出力振幅の重複する領域に亘って電力を出力するように駆動されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の多段増幅器。
- 前記ブランチの少なくとも1つにおいて前記トランジスタ増幅器間を接続する等価回路接続が、πネットワーク、Tネットワーク及びLネットワークの1つを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の多段増幅器。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の多段増幅器を有することを特徴とする無線端末。
- 前記無線端末が移動無線端末であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の無線端末。
- 前記無線端末が基地局であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の無線端末。
