(1)アクリル変性天然ゴムラテックス
「QY#25MG」(クォー・ユー化成(有)製)、樹脂固形分50wt%
「QY#055PC」(クォー・ユー化成(有)製)、樹脂固形分55wt%
「DL−620」(旭化成ケミカルズ(株)製)、ハイスチレンタイプ、樹脂固形分50wt%
(1)配合安定性
製造直後、並びに7日・14日・21日及び30日経過後に於ける感圧接着剤組成物の粘度を測定し、以下の基準で評価した。
×:粘度上昇あり。
マロンテスターを用い、感圧接着剤組成物に10kgの荷重を10分間加えた後、以下の基準で評価した。
△:ゲル化物の発生が僅かにあり。
×:ゲル化物の発生が多量にあり。
感圧接着剤組成物を、上質紙(110kg)にバーコーターを用いて乾燥重量8〜10g/m2となるように塗工し、105℃×1分間熱風乾燥した後、25℃相対湿度50%で1時間放置して塗工紙を得た。
表1に示す配合で各成分を混合し、ホモコロイドミキサーでよく撹拌して、感圧接着剤組成物を得た。評価結果を表1に示す。
Claims (5)
- アクリル変性天然ゴムラテックスと、過酸化物前加硫ラテックスと、合成ゴムラテックスとを含有し、アクリル変性天然ゴムラテックス(樹脂固形分)と過酸化物前加硫ラテックス(樹脂固形分)との配合比率が重量比で10:90〜90:10であることを特徴とする感圧接着剤組成物。
- アクリル変性天然ゴムラテックス(樹脂固形分)と過酸化物前加硫ラテックス(樹脂固形分)の合計量と、合成ゴムラテックス(樹脂固形分)との配合比率が、重量比で60:40〜90:10であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- アクリル変性天然ゴムラテックス(樹脂固形分)と過酸化物前加硫ラテックス(樹脂固形分)と合成ゴムラテックス(樹脂固形分)との合計含有量が、感圧接着剤組成物全量に対して50〜70重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- アンチブロッキング剤を、アクリル変性天然ゴムラテックス(樹脂固形分)と過酸化物前加硫ラテックス(樹脂固形分)と合成ゴムラテックス(樹脂固形分)との合計量100重量部に対し10〜50重量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
- 前記アンチブロッキング剤中にでん粉を40〜80重量%含有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。
