Claims (6)
- 25℃における蒸気圧が0.01〜50kPaの範囲の可燃性の液状の化学品の取扱機器を複数備えた化学品製造設備において前記取扱機器に残留した化学品を回収する方法であって、前記取扱機器の底部抜出管から化学品を抜き出すと共に、前記底部抜出管より低位置に設置され且つ当該底部抜出管に接続された共通の傾斜集合管にガスが混在する状態の化学品を自重で集め、前記傾斜集合管より低位置に設置され且つ当該傾斜集合管の下方側の端部に接続された回収槽に化学品を自重のみで移送し、かつ、前記傾斜集合管を通じて前記回収槽に化学品を移送するにあたり、前記傾斜集合管に不燃性ガスを供給することを特徴とする化学品製造設備における液状化学品の回収方法。
- 回収槽が地面より低い位置に設置されている請求項1に記載の回収方法。
- 底部抜出管からの化学品の抜出し、および、回収槽への化学品の移送を密閉系で行う請求項1又は2に記載の回収方法。
- 回収槽に化学品を移送した後、前記回収槽から液排出手段により化学品を再生工程または除害装置に排出し、前記回収槽からガス排出手段によりガスを有効成分回収工程または除害装置に排出する請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の回収方法。
- 回収槽からの化学品およびガスの排出を密閉系で行う請求項3に記載の回収方法。
- 化学品が、(メタ)アクロレイン、(メタ)アクリル酸または(メタ)アクリル酸エステルである請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の回収方法。
