Claims (4)
- 軸部およびフランジ部を有する軸部材と、軸部材の外周に配置され、軸部材と相対回転する軸受スリーブと、軸部の外周面と軸受スリーブの内周面との間に形成されたラジアル軸受隙間、およびラジアル軸受隙間に流体の動圧作用を発生させる動圧発生部を有するラジアル軸受部と、軸部材をスラスト方向で接触支持するスラスト受けと、軸部材のフランジ部と軸方向で係合して、軸部材の抜けを規制する規制部とを有する動圧軸受装置において、
軸部材に、フランジ部の軸心部分でスラスト受け側に突出し、スラスト受けに接触する摺動部を設け、
軸部材の軸部、フランジ部、および摺動部を鍛造で一体成形したことを特徴とする動圧軸受装置。 - 摺動部がスラスト受け側を徐々に縮径させた形状をなし、この摺動部をフランジ部の端面の一部領域に設けた請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 摺動部がスラスト受け側を徐々に縮径させた形状をなし、この摺動部をフランジ部の端面の全領域に設けた請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 軸受スリーブをハウジングの内周に固定し、かつハウジングを、スラスト受けをインサート部品として射出成形した請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
