Description
・基礎ハウジングとポンプヘッドのハウジングを結合させる装置が基礎ハウジングとポンプヘッドの間の接触する前面に存在し、
・ハウジングが接触する領域にて互いに付属された外部***或いはフランジを有し、
・ハウジングがこれら***或いはフランジの上に拡がる正接の短縮可能なリングが軸方向に一緒に固定できるようになっている。

Claims (6)
- ・駆動されるトロコイダル歯切った出力ロータ(15)と、
・出力ロータ(15)の歯に係合する、そのためこの歯に対応して歯切った逆ロータ(17)と、
・ロータ間に配置された作業空間と、
・ポンプ駆動装置(2、16)と、
・ポンプ駆動装置を制御する部材を受ける基礎ハウジング(1)と、
・ロータ(15、17)を軸方向に且つ半径方向に支承するポンプヘッド(3)と、
・基礎ハウジング(1)とポンプヘッド(3)間の分解可能な結合装置と
を備える回転ピストン機械において、
・出力ロータ(15)がキャン(4)を備えるキャンドモータの一部であり、
・半径方向に推移する部分を備えるキャン(4)が基礎ハウジング(1)とポンプヘッド(3)の互いに向き合った側面間に延びていて、
・ポンプ駆動装置がキャン(4)によって出力ロータ(15)内に配置された磁石部材(16)と基礎ハウジング(1)内に配置された電流を貫流させるコイル部材(2)とに分割されていること、
および、出力ロータ(15)と出力ロータ(15)の永久磁石(16)とを受けるキャン(4)が鉢状に、基礎ハウジング(1)とポンプヘッド(3)の間に固定される幅広い半径方向フランジ(9)を備えて形成されていることを特徴とする回転ピストン機械。 - ロータが互いに係合するトロコイダル歯(サイクロイド歯)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転ピストン機械。
- 基礎ハウジング(1)とポンプヘッド(3)間の分解可能な結合装置が基礎ハウジング(1)とポンプヘッド(3)の***或いはフランジ(7、11)に作用する迅速結合継手(10)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回転ピストン機械。
- ・基礎ハウジング(1)とポンプヘッド(3)を結合させる***或いはフランジ(7、11)が、基礎ハウジング(1)とポンプヘッド(3)の接触する前面(8)の領域に存在し、
・この接触する領域には互いに付属された外部隆起或いはフランジ(7、11)が、基礎ハウジング(1)とポンプヘッド(3)から半径方向外側に突出し、
・これら隆起或いはフランジ(7、11)が、拡がっておりかつ接線方向に短縮可能なリング(10)によって軸方向に一体固定できること、
その際、リング(10)が断面で外方に彎曲されており、周辺において一箇所(12)で開放する固定リングとして形成されていて、開放箇所(12)に配置されておりかつねじ装置によって互いに結合した半径方向ウエブ(14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転ピストン機械。 - キャン(4)とポンプヘッド(3)の互いに向かい合った面の間にはパッキングが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の回転ピストン機械。
- ・パッキングがリングとして形成されて前面リング溝に配置されていて、
・全ポンプヘッド(3)を分解後に閉鎖するために、フランジ(9)の方を向いた、ポンプヘッド(3)の側面に前面リング溝が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転ピストン機械。
